  2. Saw some one say "We gave the powers of pardon to a mob boss"
  3. I have raised this on tracker which has been acknowledged by Obsidian. In case if it helps someone. I am not following the two NPC questline in Fairfield so this happened when I went to Vox Relay myself. I started this quest and then finished other parts of the main questline before coming back from Vox to finish the rest of the side quests before leaving the Island. I managed to get 9/10 on the quest journal but I am unable to finish the quest. The quest journal codex entry shows that I have Volumes 2-10 but not 1 - which I am assuming is the first volume you pick up and that is not being registered as an update. If anybody else had this issue and managed to find all 10 then please let me know here.
  4. Sorry if this has already been posted/brought to attention but I am trying to be as stealthy as possible but whenever I enter a confined locked space, the companions often lag behind and then open the door on their way in. I have lost count how many times i had to either close the door or reload a save because I got caught stealing or caused an alarm for hitting someone and the NPC saw/heard me due to the doors being opened.
  5. I have already reported the same problem via the issue tracker and got an email saying they are looking into. In case if it helps, I did not follow the two NPC options to enter the Vox Relay and I got the same issue after hailing Inez - who surprisingly introduced herself, joined my squad and then we fought the crabs to get her the arm and completed that quest and then as soon as she got her new arm, she had the NPC dialogue box over her head which prompted me to hail her and then got the same dialogue option as the OP and then she left. Lol, i felt what an amazingly scripted moment that she duped me into getting her arm and as soon as she did, she fled...only for me to later find that she has permanently left. I think if this was intended and you had a myriad of different companions to go through (i.e. not just a few) this would have been a great little twist in progression but its not sadly.

  8. if supreme court actually block tariff it will make this shutdown mess look even more stupid it is certainly a race to the bottom as all 3 branch of usa government compete with eachother to be the most treasonous most incompetent and most cartoonishly evil
  9. am suspecting you identify what the moderate democrats (other than fetterman) want. keep in mind this ain't the first ever government shutdown, and historically, the minority loses every single time. not kidding. the minority always loses. the thing is, losing has rare ever hurt the minority... just ask tea party republicans who got a shutdown over obamacare and then crushed democrats in the midterms. if Gromnir were looking at the current situation complete dispassionate, we could find a good argument for why the moderate democrats who caved did the right thing from a strategic pov. the initial stated reason for the shutdown from democrats always looked impractical to us and they didn't have any kinda exit strategy worked out short o' extending aca subsidies. democrats were gonna have to cave eventual, so says history and the fact democrats have souls which meant that seeing hundreds o' thousands and even millions o' americans suffering woulda' been difficult for democrats to bear for long. shutdown Congress meant that the executive had more practical power and the billions in (illegal) tariff monies which were already collected by the treasury could be dispersed as trump saw fit w/o any legislative oversight. most americans blamed the shutdown on trump and the republicans, and the recent elections showed that there is a whole lotta frustration with trump and his party, so moderate democrats likely figure they already achieved some kinda win but that a continued shutdown were just gonna lead to anger at both democrats and republicans. gotta keep in mind that just 'cause americans are angry at trump does not mean they are happy with democrats. additional, same as we don't want scotus to save trump from his tariff stoopid, if democrats successful force aca subsidies to continue through 2026, then those americans current facing huge health care premium increases will have never suffered, and am guaranteeing that by the 2026 elections those not suffering americans will have already forgotten that democrats saved 'em from trump. am knowing it is horrible to play politics with american's health care coverage and snap benefits, but the democrats need to find a way to guarantee that voters see republicans as responsible for their suffering, and with our complete polarized media landscape, that is a tougher chore than you might believe. am knowing people rare follow our advice about checking fox news for stories and paying particular attention to the reader/viewer feedback/comments section, but am betting most american democrats and europeans have no idea just how siloed is the information maga and even moderate republicans is getting these days. we have no shared reality, but real pain is difficult to svengali away with a fox and friends segment. etc. is not difficult for us to make an argument as to why the moderate's playbook has value. period. 'course american politics is more emotional than it has been in a long time. facts matter less than emotional gratification. we gotta work extreme hard to explain why american farmers continue to vote trump when they were doing so much better under biden, but paradoxical, facts ignore reality. american farmers vote trump 'cause that is what rural, white americans do, and if you are the one farmer speaking up and arguing that biden were better for farmers, then you are gonna be ostracized by the community... and look what trump has done to get that one trans kid in iowa from competing against girls... it doesn't need to make sense, 'cause facts is less important today than has been the case for a long time. unfortunate, democrats and libs who rage at the obtuse maga zealots are similar invested in their team winning the shutdown fight... and maybe not even winning. democrats need to see their team fight for a change. cave to republicans and trump is a betrayal by democrats 'cause the fight is more important than the outcome. am able to make a sound argument as to why a prolonged shutdown were not good for democrats, but is it more true that voters needed to see democrats fight. caving now makes the previous weeks o' shutdown look pointless and weak. democrats never did have an exit strategy, so... edit: this should be meaningful, but it isn't. even in 2018, is no way we ever woulda' imagined this kinda overt corruption. and for all those silently whatabouting... whatever. HA! Good Fun!
  10. For what it's worth, it appears that the part of perk that automatically harvests the heart of an enemy that does not attack you under any circumstances(the civilian/bystander type NPCs as I have called them) DOES work. I was able to get the trophy for harvesting x amount of hearts doing this just earlier today. So for anyone trying to get the trophy/achievement for harvesting hearts or just trying to get any value out the bugged perk you can still kill non-aggressive NPCs and get hearts that way. The other part of the perk as the OP described does not work though.
  11. Went back to KCD2 now that all the DLC is released. Haven't actually got to any of them yet. However, this is why I think im a full on hater now. This game is great, really checks most of the boxes for RPG games for me. Even then, I'm still not having that much fun with it. Its a problem when my GOTY isn't even fully engaging to me.
  12. With the size of the map now, I feel ziplines would be extremely helpful.
  13. Basketball bug needs to be addressed. Can't dribble and can't shoot. Only throw
  14. I having the same issue here, Niles is stuck with the chat bubble over his head and will not move. I don’t have the proper saves to go back so I will have to shelve this game in hopes of a fix soon.
  15. Just a quick one, had the same issue here and didn’t want to lose the progress. Went back upstairs and spammed the talk button on Niles friend and all of a sudden Niles came up with a prompt to speak to him :)
  16. Still an issue, when i get back on the ship i watch the quest marker / Tristan fall thru the floor of the ship.
  17. I would like to explicitly state that I do not recommend VtMB2 at least until the performance, combat, and saving issues are resolved and, possibly, Fabien's sequences turned into dialogues. The posts are mostly to process the experience. I definitely have played worse action games and worse vampire action games. In retrospect, I enjoyed this one more than Vampyr and the second VtM VN with the Lasombra MC. I also received the last VtM VN as a gift for the pre-order, which is nice, I suppose. To elaborate on the combat, there is a lot of it, it is mandatory, and it is uncomfortable. The performance issues and the opponents dodging out of the line of sight do not help either. There are combo attacks and the parry move (dodging into the attacker), but I was able to use them consciously and successfully exactly once, on the second boss. I'd guess that adding the third-person camera and target lock and removing the "ENEMIES NEARBY" message on the suspicious chained locks in every other room would be easier to implement (months instead of years or even mods) than reworking the level structure, combat, or increasing the enemy variety (there are very few types for the number of encounters and I did not notice any technical difference between the Anarchs and the Sabbat). The story is largely fine - the mystery is compelling and the characters are interesting enough. Granted, the lack of mechanical representation of the Beast and Humanity (or any non-combat skills) is unpleasant, but not unexpected for an action game. They occur at very specific story points, do the thing to move the story, and are inaccessible for the player. Also, the civilian NPC cannot run out of blood. Therefore, yes, picking it up on sale in a year or two should provide a better experience. Imgur does not cooperate today, so (the screenshot has to be smaller than 1MB):
  18. Well this has started up now...
  19. Hello to everyone, TW2 was one of my most anticipated game of the year, and I just can't play it, I can't keep going in those conditions. I’m getting massive vertex/geometry corruption (triangles stretching across the screen, flickering meshes, broken lighting). To be clear it happened to me already in Avowed but it wasn't constant and it was mostly colorfull light flickering, I could just reinstall my drivers and pray they disappear next time I lauched the game. This time it's permanent, I tried reinstaling my drivers, disabling ReBAR in the BIOS. But It's still there. My Specs : RTX 4070 (latest NVIDIA drivers). 128gb RAM. 19-14900k. Windows11 I play KCD2, CP77, Star Citizen and a lot of other games, mostly in full ultra and with RTX ON when it's an option, and I don't experience this kind of glitches anywhere else. A short video compilation I made I've seen people talk about UE5 having huge conflicts with Nvidia drivers. Don't know if it's a good idea to revert to older drivers.
  20. Most Americans support extending healthcare and the GOP in the Senate have committed to this vote in December I will be very surprised if they dont have this vote because it will destroy any chance of the Dems ever breaking ranks Maybe but not definitely If they dont extend Healthcare this will be another GOP own goal because of how many Americans support it and this will hurt them in the votes https://www.reuters.com/business/healthcare-pharmaceuticals/most-americans-back-extending-obamacare-tax-credits-amid-government-shutdown-kff-2025-11-06/ "The poll found that about three-quarters or 74% of U.S. adults are in favor of extending the tax credits, which are set to expire at the end of the year, marginally down from 78% in September. These subsidies, introduced during the COVID-19 pandemic, have helped people afford their health insurance through marketplaces created by the Affordable Care Act or Obamacare. The subsidies have enabled enrollment to double to 24 million since they were put in place in 2021. "
  21. There will be a vote, but it won't pass.
  22. Came here to see if this bug had been posted. Same here. Haven't gotten a single heart and I have had Serial Killer practically the entire game and I have killed basically every living thing I have come across, both aware and unaware.
  23. I am having the same kind of bugs with the serial killer perk. It went up by 2 , then back down by 2 after two kills. Then it seemed to be working for about 6 kills in a row, I saved ,re-loaded the save file, and it reset my max health back to the starting point as if I had not made those kills. Obsidian please fix this bug. I made an account just to request this bug fix.
