mkreku Posted May 15, 2018 Posted May 15, 2018 Meet my partner Lydia: Yes, hmm.. maybe I was a little harsh earlier, maybe Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 is worth 6/10 after all. 5 Swedes, go to: Spel2, for the latest game reviews in swedish!
HoonDing Posted May 15, 2018 Posted May 15, 2018 "Lydia" Does she block the view through your scope the entire time? The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.
kirottu Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 (edited) Party is set and it's time to quest the **** out of Gilded Vale. I think the two melee four ranged is the best party composition. The second melee is mainly there to either give the flanked bonus or to catch anyone Eder loses. Also, I hope everyone sees my very tactical formation. It's very tactical. What is the flavor of oppression this month? Can I praise Obsidian being all inclusive and adding a clearly gay relationship(the two kings) or do I condemn them for their lack of female presentation(no skuldr queens)? This is why I don't want more than two melees. My highly advanced AUBS(always use bottlenecks stupid) tactic would start to work against me. I really should have given her a ranged weapon though. And second dungeon cleared! Thank Berath for doors! Thank Berath for doors part II! It has become clear to me that I have to side with Berath at the end. Without doors I wouldn't even get there. Protip: Remember to turn Eder's AI off for his run from the throne to here. Otherwise he keeps turning back every two steps to attack his chasers. I very nearly lost this battle before it even properly started. Edited May 16, 2018 by kirottu 2 This post is not to be enjoyed, discussed, or referenced on company time.
the_dog_days Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 I've always preferred a 3/3 melee/ranged split, with the third melee being a swing guy who can switch to ranged if need be. Either that or have multiple chanters and flood the room with summons.
sorophx Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 wait, PoE had 6 characters in the party?! I completely forgot. man, do I hate that PoE 2 only has 5 1 Walsingham said: I was struggling to understand ths until I noticed you are from Finland. And having been educated solely by mkreku in this respect I am convinced that Finland essentially IS the wh40k universe.
Lexx Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 Nah, it cleans up the scene. Especially with how the combat works now, I'm pretty happy about the changes. "only when you no-life you can exist forever, because what does not live cannot die."
LadyCrimson Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 One of the (new Royal content) ending bosses, visual spoiler, tagged. I enjoyed this a fair bit more than the "boss" that was originally in this spot. Cerberus says Hi. 1 “Things are as they are. ShadySands Posted May 16, 2018 Posted May 16, 2018 I'd also prefer going back to a party of 6. I like having more friends companions because of the banter and other interactions. I don't really like RTWP combat anyway 1 Free games updated 3/4/21

I don't really like RTWP combat anyway In general I just like more party members, but I also have this thing where I prefer even numbers, because I prefer the ... stance? ... symmetry of it. 5 just throws me off. Haha. (edit) I like my six-dot dominoes. Edited May 16, 2018 by LadyCrimson 1 “Things are as they are. Agiel Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 (edited) Edited May 17, 2018 by Agiel 1 Quote “Political philosophers have often pointed out that in wartime, the citizen, the male citizen at least, loses one of his most basic rights, his right to life; and this has been true ever since the French Revolution and the invention of conscription, now an almost universally accepted principle. But these same philosophers have rarely noted that the citizen in question simultaneously loses another right, one just as basic and perhaps even more vital for his conception of himself as a civilized human being: the right not to kill.” -Jonathan Littell <<Les Bienveillantes>> Quote "The chancellor, the late chancellor, was only partly correct. He was obsolete. But so is the State, the entity he worshipped. Any state, entity, or ideology becomes obsolete when it stockpiles the wrong weapons: when it captures territories, but not minds; when it enslaves millions, but convinces nobody. When it is naked, yet puts on armor and calls it faith, while in the Eyes of God it has no faith at all. Any state, any entity, any ideology that fails to recognize the worth, the dignity, the rights of Man...that state is obsolete." -Rod Serling
Darkpriest Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 (edited) I've always preferred a 3/3 melee/ranged split, with the third melee being a swing guy who can switch to ranged if need be. Either that or have multiple chanters and flood the room with summons. I used a funny party of 2 heavy armor melees (warhammer, shields), 2 hybrids (pikes and arquebus) and 2 ranged (arbalests) all fighter party. it ran quite well for a long time. Keyrock Posted May 17, 2018 Posted May 17, 2018 (edited) When you open up a pictures of your games thread and you have to scroll 2/3 of the page up before you find any game screenies: Anyway, for a party of 6 I tend to go 2 tanks 2 healers 1 mage 1 rogue/bard/utility/jack of all trades. I will change that a bit here and there, but 2 healers is pretty much written in stone with a party of 6. 213374U Posted May 18, 2018 Posted May 18, 2018 Having way more fun playing dress-up in Ghost Recon Wildlands than a grown man should. Get out of here stalker pinche cabrón Forget about El Sueño, we are cutting our losses and pulling out! 2 - When he is best, he is a little worse than a man, and when he is worst, he is little better than a beast.
kirottu Posted May 18, 2018 Posted May 18, 2018 How many graphics is that? This post is not to be enjoyed, discussed, or referenced on company time.
kirottu Posted May 18, 2018 Posted May 18, 2018 If I never meet another phantom I will die a happy man. "There can be only one!" First soulbound! I'm following good ol' raid rules for gearing: first tanks then healers then dps. Ah, Defiant Bay, stories say it got it's name when people across all nations and races stood defiantly against Michael Bay and his continued bastardization of the Transformers franchise. 3 This post is not to be enjoyed, discussed, or referenced on company time.
Hurlshort Posted May 18, 2018 Posted May 18, 2018 I did have a lot of fun running around Bolivia in Wildlands.
213374U Posted May 18, 2018 Posted May 18, 2018 How many graphics is that? That's 83 graphics man, it's in the upper left corner clear as purple crayon. It's not even the graphics really, it's the attention to detail. Stuff like getting covered in mud/dust when going prone, your vest changing depending on your loadout, etc. The game is full of little details. You see those night vision goggles on the helmet? The character actually flips them down when you toggle NV/thermal. They even commissioned a set of narcocorridos to tell stories in the game. Maybe this sort of thing is common in AAA these days, it's been a while since I played one, but I'm quite impressed. - When he is best, he is a little worse than a man, and when he is worst, he is little better than a beast.
LadyCrimson Posted May 19, 2018 Posted May 19, 2018 (edited) Imgur seems to be starting a policy of blocking some busy websites from direct-link embedding. Doesn't apply here, but that means it's back to using my own webserver again most of the time. Phooey on them. ;p Anyway - Bahamut, all gold and shiny. (edit: is it a spoiler without context? Maybe I should tag it anyway) ...but he can't hit a lone target, apparently. (360/VR image) Edited May 19, 2018 by LadyCrimson 1 “Things are as they are. LadyCrimson Posted May 19, 2018 Posted May 19, 2018 I don't know anything about the game, but it reminds me that I'd still like a secret dungeon basement. For many reasons.
