Just like the Scots, the greatest enemies of the Black Island Bastards are the Black Island Bastards... unless some outside force threatens them, of course :bat: . In that case, they'll stick together like a Bose-Einstein condensate .

^Pretty much this.

Also, I know you've said you don't want a character in another game Gromnir, but I just thought it'd be fun to have a character with the catch phrase "HA! Good Rum!" xD

Lul was about to say, "Shouldn't they be their own worst enemies?"  Thanks to DozingDragon I can now see one of them screaming about the ship not having enough sails, and if they don't get more sails no they will "go under".

The sea.  Despite their claims to the contrary, the BIBs are actually worthless sailors who can't even have a bath without the risk of drowning.

In all seriousness, If the Black Isle Bastards are literal noble bastards, they should be opposed by a crew composed of noble heirs younger siblings who are hunting down the Bastards to try and prove their worth to their families--but who are spectacularly incompetent at doing so.

Or maybe their own fathers?  The Black Isle Fathers, or BIFs...

Of course that is sexist, who says it was the fathers who were the nobles?  Maybe it should be the BIMs instead!
