He didn't have anything nice to say about Russia, that's for sure. Maybe I just live a charmed life but I doubt it Such Imperial capitals as Petersburg or Moscow has a quite small Russian populations, these cities mostly inhabited by Jews, Caucasian natives, Central Asians, Ukrainians, Belorussians, Tatars and by many other different peoples, though many of them are possessed by Russian Imperial culture anyway. In Russia important only a loyalty to Russian people and their Emperor, people must belongs to Russian culture also, but such things as race, skin color, ethnicity or faith interested to nobody - segregation and ethnic enclaves don't exist here. These barbarians belongs to different sub-race, they has a prolonged narrow heads with massive mandibles, or dolichocephalic heads if we use scientific term. No. Haven't once come across an opinion here or anywhere that was. Unreasonable? Lots of them, here and elsewhere. Stems from not knowing what one is talking about most of the time. Though, for arguments sake, one usually can even consider an unreasonable opinion in realistic terms reasonable when one considers the limited bits of knowledge one bases their opinion on. ie: This girl's reaction is reasonable when one considers the limited scope of her knowledge.
