July 3, 201411 yr Nothing exciting, my wife's friend and her husband are coming out to the house for dinner but we are way too far out to see any fireworks. I'm smoking a rib roast and grilling some veggies from the garden. And of course domestic beer and top shelf bourbon will be served and enjoyed. July 4, 201411 yr I live in Hartford, Connecticut, I don't have to go anywhere, I get the best fireworks in the state right at home. For example, the founding fathers didn't like that the British intended to keep the treaties we made with the locals and weren't taking their land..
