Heck, Iceland was considerig tying their currency to ours because they wanted nothing to do with the Eurozone and USD was too uncertain.

The area between the balls and the butt is a hotbed of terrorist activity.

I went to check if CAD emission is tied to their gold reserves and found nothing (which I suspect it is, Canada not really having a sovereignty, but rather being a vassal of the US). You know why I found nothing? Cause it's an irrelevant currency.

Good news, everyone! Uwe Boll's KS died messily; after some suspiciously large donations early on, it lost 30k in one day, 10k on another day, and then barely made another hundred.

 

Bad news, everyone! Uwe Boll is considering other crowd-funding sites. I suspect the ones looked at may allow him to keep the money even if he misses his target.

    I know some people are going to be critical of it, but I think it looks absolutely charming.  I'm excited, this is the only kickstarter other than PE that I pledged a good chunk of change to.

    I know some people are going to be critical of it, but I think it looks absolutely charming.  I'm excited, this is the only kickstarter other than PE that I pledged a good chunk of change to.

     

    Yeah, the graphics aren't exactly bleeding edge, but I never expected them to be.  All I want out of this game is for it to have the humor and charm of QfG.  QfG was such an amazing series.  I got hundreds of hours of just plain fun with those games.

    The Cole's have made me completely paranoid about cats in their games. I wonder what would happen if you try to pet that cat.

    I imagine it leads to a jailed/death screen in some sort of Sierra-esque amusing fashion.  The famous Sierra deaths were definitely divisive, but I, for one, enjoyed them immensely.  :biggrin:

    46 days remaining, started with 60 days? Good god, some projects just seem to run pointlessly long drives. Not that I won't back it anyway, because that's a thing I do, but yeah, don't they want their money sooner? :p

     

     

     

    Aside, finally received my box of Shadowrun Returns swag. The game box and Doc Wagon card were a bit cheap and flimsy compared to what I expected, but on the other hand, the USB dogtags and Anthology book were better than I expected to make up for it (the shirt, well, it's a shirt). Not unhappy at all, and that is a lot of swag for $150.

     

     

    P.S The font used on that character creator thing stabbed my eyeballs.

    I've very excited about this game and  I only funded it because of your enthusiasm Hurlshot :) But no regrets
