I stopped letting steam sales frustrate me by realizing that obviously I didn't have any problem purchasing the product at the higher price (otherwise I wouldn't have).

Its a good game actually (OFC i say that after paying full price ) got some really great level design and despite all uneeded actiony levels, game still have "ye olde Hitman" feeling. They just released it in a very wrong time. There were many other AAA games that times, followed by Christmas sales from both steam and gog. Many gamer (especially youngsters) had favored other games instead of Hitman. Nothing is true, everything is permited.

'Inspired' is a polite way of putting it. I regard this as a possibly inadvertent but quite brilliant screw-you to every single dreadful cringe-inducing self-aggrandising "romantic" soft-porn wish-fulfillment cutscene in gaming. 3
