Either way, we won't really get any substantial infos on Next-Gen hardware/policy before E3 2013 anyway, so let's not worry too much.

First Look video for Divinity: Original Sin.

 

If they can deliver on what they claim in that video, that game is going to be a personal favorite. I already like the Divinity games, but this shows a lot of promise. I like how they solved the multiplayer dialogue (especially the part where there was a stat roll to determine outcome). Combat also looked really good.

I rather have a game based on Slavic myth from them, I am so much sick of all the beating of the dead horse in the generic western RPGs elves dwarves and gnomes... The fantasy RPG genre need some variations...

I don't care about COD but 'full of themselves'? They had every right to be. They have one of the ksot successfuls eries ever. They should be proud of their work.

 

Activision are the ones full of themselves. Evil piece of crap scumbags who steal, intimidate, threaten, hold hostage, and plan conspircies to screw hard working people over. Piece of trash and it is shameful that people defend that kind of behaviour just because they are jealousm over the success others have achieved and who are rightfully proud of their work and expect to be rewarded for it. Plus, any x amount of money these indivudals made, ACTI sure got way more monies. \

 

Stop defending the undefendable. It is embarassing.

Slavic mythology would be too alien for a average player.

They can get away with putting some parts of it like in the Witcher but an entire game based on it would never sell well.

Dont think so, the average player is nowaday 30+ years old, so with proper marketing and catering to this audience, it could sell like a hotcakes, just because it is different than anything else... If no Slavic, then go for Nordic or Greek or Roman mythology... just make it different :/

CDP have bought the rights to System Shock, as that was the only way to get the games onto GOG. That promo pic is from their System Shock prequel.

 

Either that or it's a Young Ones licenced game that they've relocated fifty years in the future.
