Nepenthe
Have fun. More fun with Shadow Broker I'd assume than the glorified N7 mission that is Overlord. Overlord really is to ME2 what Bring Down the Sky was to ME1, an ultra-polished but utterly pointless side mission... You're a cheery wee bugger, Nep. Have I ever said that? Serrano
I'm wondering whether Bioware went above and beyond will Shadow Broker or whether we're likely to see more DLC on par with it in the future. It really is a shame that concepts like Darkspawn Chronicles and Witch Hunt didn't live up to that kind of quality. Morgoth
Finished Overlord and it was good for what it was. I liked the Tron touch at the end. Rain makes everything better.
Bos_hybrid
I'm surprised by how much I enjoyed the SB DLC, given I wasn't much of a Liara fanboy, top notch DLC. Enjoyed the video surveillance of characters and the dossiers on squad mates. Got a laugh at Grunts dossier.

Deadly_Nightshade
Just finished SB - I'm guessing committing to come back to Liara continues the romance, although I did miss one Paragon prompt in the final cutscreen before you exit back to the Normandy so I might have messed it up somehow (I did, obviously, take her on a "tour" of the SR2 and make the aforementioned promise so the prompt might have just been extra good points). Overall it was a good DLC and well worth the time/money. "Geez. It's like we lost some sort of bet and ended up saddled with a bunch of terrible new posters on this forum." -Hurlshot
HoonDing
Is the ending of the DLC the same regardless of whether you passed on Liara's quest or screwed up her quest in ME2? The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.

Overall it was a good DLC and well worth the time/money. Can I rekindle the romance even if FemShep indulged in matters of the flesh scale with Garrus? I wouldn't want to reload an earlier save, in fact I'm hoping for some drama. BioWare shouldn't have made those Turians so darn sexy, after all.. The ending of the words is ALMSIVI. Bos_hybrid
Alright, very creepy. Nah, Krogan love is where the creepiness is at. One thing about the DLC that I just noticed, Liara seemed to have grown in some areas.

Looks like she also got the one-tone-voice-acting gene too. "Alright, I've been thinking. When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade - make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons, what am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager. Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons. Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! With the lemons. I'm going to to get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!" WorstUsernameEver
Gamestar claims to have insider information that ME3 will be officially announced this October. It matches another rumor that was reported on GameBanshee. Far from a confirmation but it's at least possible that the source is the same.

mr insomniac
For those who have played the Shadow Broker DLC: Does it make a difference whether I wait til post-suicide mission to play this? I'd prefer to play through it 'in-game' but if it makes more sense to wait, I'll do that. As an aside, I just played through the Overlord DLC. Quite enjoyable, but dear god, if anyone had any doubts about the hammerhead being a POS from the firewalker missions, Overlord confirms it. I took this job because I thought you were just a legend. Just a story. A story to scare little kids. But you're the real deal. The demon who dares to challenge God. So what the hell do you want? Don't seem to me like you're out to make this stinkin' world a better place. Why you gotta kill all my men? Why you gotta kill me? Nothing personal. It's just revenge. Post makes more sense than with, say, overlord at any rate. I assume any differences would be fairly minor, with a certain dialogue only kicking off post-completion at any rate... It's as if they intentionally designed the 'featherhead' to show off that the Mako wasn't that bad after all! You're a cheery wee bugger, Nep. Have I ever said that? Maybe I'll wait til the end of the game to play it then. It's as if they intentionally designed the 'featherhead' to show off that the Mako wasn't that bad after all! The Hammerhead was still better than the Mako. Hammerhead is cool if all you have to do is fly around. In that sense it's a big improvement over the Mako. But when all someone has to do is sneeze on it to blow it up, then it's worthless. I took this job because I thought you were just a legend. Just a story. A story to scare little kids.
