Hurlshort Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 One nice thing about the PS3 version of NHL10 is the roster updates. There are already some out, and all I have to do is put them on a memory stick and copy them onto the PS3. The Sharks are extremely tight on the salary cap though, I really don't even have room to move players back and forth easily. I only have one player scratched right now, and the rest are in the minors. I'll have to let someone go somewhere.

HoonDing Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 I'm bound to play some oldies, since I'm back on my old computer. I finally got enough of my 'uber' PC that had been BSODing intermittently for the past month. The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.

Matthew Rorie Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 Just got Scribblenauts, which I can tell is going to frustrate me since I have no imagination at all. I have a big vocabulary, but more in the sense of recognizing obscure words (thanks David Foster Wallace) than having them accessible to me when I need to grab a star that's suspended from a rope over a pointy spike. I'm also around 35 hours into Tales of Vesperia, which I picked up from Amazon for 15 bucks. Good game, but man is it ever a talkathon. Matthew Rorie

I now expect a report on which words from the Infinite Jest Vocabulary Glossary work in Scribblenauts.

Kaftan Barlast Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Batman: Arkham Asylum and it is amazing. On paper, it shouldnt be this fun, but it is. And it has the most gorgeous enviroments Ive seen in a game, the guys at Rocksteady actually did a better job at U3 enviroments than Epics own artists, and that shouldnt be possible. I want teh kotor 3 Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Just finished Shadow Complex. Most badass ending ever: blasting nukes at a flying aircraft carrier. Now I'm gonna get to work on Murmurasa, and maybe MPT, until Tuesday, at which point I'll give Halo another shot. In 7th grade, I teach the students how Chuck Norris took down the Roman Empire, so it is good that you are starting early on this curriculum. R.I.P. WILL THE ALMIGHTY Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Got to Paris in Deus Ex. Heck, I even met Morpheus and that might just be the most interesting conversation I've had so far. RE5 also proves the QTE are evil. I never, ever, gave the AI partner a shock stick. And sticking with guns, there was only one time where the AI henchmen got killed that I wouldn't consider my fault. Monte Carlo Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Still playing Company of Heroes on skirmish mode. Can't, for some reason, unlock the Germans as playable though, which is a bit strange. Still, playing allied factions with the airborne support option toggled is great fun, dropping gliders everywhere. Cheers MC
HoonDing Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Prince of Persia: Two Thrones. I forgot how short & easy the game was. I might even replay Dreamfall again now that I'm on a computer that's not allergic to that StarForce crap. The ending of the words is ALMSIVI.
