ShinIchiro Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 What do you guys use most for a reliable news source about KOTOR. What's the best? I myself like www.starwarsknights.com P.S. I just learned Atton can't be knocked out unless everyone else is.
Ragadanked Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 Uhhhh... I heard this site was pretty good. Aparently the Developers respond to questions you have about the game. Just kidd'n. If not this site than IGN(For their previews) and Gamespot(For their movies).
ShinIchiro Posted July 20, 2004 Author Posted July 20, 2004 LOL, if someone comes here and says that they don't use this site for their news, it'd be so funny.
Sabahattin Dere Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 I don't think anyone needs anything beyond this forum. The Developers are here; and any new bit of info released gets to be promptly announced in Official Announcements. Not to mention that people around these boards really know about SW, games, etc. unlike many other boards I was able to take a peek at. Zwangvolle Plage! M
Meshugger Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 I use this forum exclusively. "Some men see things as they are and say why?""I dream things that never were and say why not?"- George Bernard Shaw"Hope in reality is the worst of all evils because it prolongs the torments of man."- Friedrich Nietzsche "The amount of energy necessary to refute bull**** is an order of magnitude bigger than to produce it." - Some guy
will_990 Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 I do use starwarsknight quite in a while, but I always use this forum for primary info...
Omedarcus Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 For KotOR 1, I go to Bioware's site eventhough the Bioware guys are uptight about what people post on their forums. For the second game I'll come here, TheForce.net, or BluesNews
ShinIchiro Posted July 20, 2004 Author Posted July 20, 2004 Well, what I like about swknights is that they have links to articles and previews that neither lucasarts nor obsidian ever mention. Besides, I think (not too much experience with this) that they're marginally faster to update in response to new news.
Dark Wanderer Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 For KOTOR 2 news, I usually go here or to GameBanshee. Despite the fact that many people who've played KOTOR has a negative view on it, I'm still very optimistic about the Februari release and can't wait to get my paws on the game :D
Archmonarch Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 Here, Ign, or wherever the links here tell me to go. And I find it kind of funny I find it kind of sad The dreams in which I'm dying Are the best I've ever had
'JN Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 I've found that forums are generally the best place to go to stay informed. Sometimes I find something new when I'm browsing through GameSpot though.
icebox15 Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 I use these forums, it gives me all the info I need without spoiling things for me.
Catalyst Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 I use this site, Lucasarts' official site, and GameBanshee
Carth Vader Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 I use this place, kotor fan fic, and lucasarts.
Carth Vader Posted July 21, 2004 Posted July 21, 2004 How can fanfic be a news source? It has a KotOR II forum.
Guest Fallen Jedi Posted July 24, 2004 Posted July 24, 2004 I think this place is the best... There is the Official Announcements forum wich is very useful IMO
Raven Posted July 24, 2004 Posted July 24, 2004 How can fanfic be a news source? it isnt, just a bunch of garbage. i use Lucasarts and this forum. all i need
Tyrell Posted July 25, 2004 Posted July 25, 2004 For KotOR 1, I go to Bioware's site eventhough the Bioware guys are uptight about what people post on their forums. For the second game I'll come here, TheForce.net, or BluesNews Nice pick! PlayMoreConsoles TheForce.net
