Just replying to your "reasoning" why FO3 is going to suck. Sofar I haven't heard any reasoning why the chance that FO3 sucks is higher than the chance that PNJ sucks..., but I will continue trying to get that info

How about the bugs and such? You were worried about FO3 due to Bethesda's Bug Rep. Even if there were some bugs in MW, there were very few for such big a game... And then compare to the bugginess of a Kotor2

Indeed. And a large part of NWN's effort went to making it a perfect Online and Modding experience, with the toolkit and DM-mode and such... When you read previews and interviews with BioWare before the release of NWN you should have known that it wouldn't had such a SP part as a BG 2 Indeed. And if they would have read up about NWN before buying they would have known that it wouldn't be such a game as (for example) BG2. And thus the many people who though they would get such an experience thought wrong, but still bought it... And if you have to release a Expension like HoU to please the "previous game players" there had to be something wrong with the SP-part... Or with the players actually expecting to get a BG2-like experience even if all points hint otherwise...

What is wrong with it? Buying NWN only for the OC is like buying BattleField 2 only for SinglePlayer... A waste of your cash...

Yes. There are love-interest, but they are worked out VERY badly. They include (for males) Visas: Least worked out romance... and most likely to be happening (and excluding the more interesting one <_< ) Handmaiden: Not comparable at all with Bastila, but loads better than Visas'. Due to how easy it is to seduce Visas (without even knowing) this one might be hard to form though, which is a shame (for females) Disciple and Atton; both very unnoticing it is actually a love-interest... Most parts that should point out that they are in love with the PC are cut... And about the resolution; Only in Handmaiden's case there is some extra for you when having a relation, the other just die a quick dead. And about "ending"... Kotor2 doesn't have an ending, so no, there won't be a "fullfilling" end with your interest.

How sad. You buy an "not that great" game, and then you only use the worst parts of it... Ah well, consumer "Intelligence" it seems... EDIT; No, the *you* is not aimed to Alanschu, but to any random person buying NWN

Why based on a feat? Why not based on the options you pick merged with some charisma/persuade/PC's own alignment checks/"interest" in PC to see if they fall for it... And for lordodark; IMO = In My Opinion

DX2 was made for PC and console on the same time. Didn't help either version... With DX1; well, the result wasn't really that great... And the main point of NWN (Online play with Dungeon Masters and such) doesn't looks like it is really possible to do with the limited online capabilities of the current consoles (for the setup), or with a controller (for the actual playing)...

I would prefer a system that would make people of the opposite alignment less likely to "hop on for the ride". So you do not need to change people to get like you, but you atract people like you...

New engine for a Kotor-game... And I would expect Elektra before U3. U3 is still primarily a engine for FPS, and making a Kotor-like game of it would probably take some time, especially if you are one of the first devs in game-country doing it and thus not be able to lend from their ideas or ask Epic about how others did such things before... If it does use U3, I think we would see PNJ first, despite which company would made KOTOR3...

If it wasn't for San Andreas this year, nobody would have cared about boothbabes being or not being on E3... Damn Thompson...

Just announced then? Not shown... If there is a new Kotor it would probably have to run on a new engine, and that may take a pretty while, and then shown would either be "of stuff certainly never getting into the game" or "there we go *again*..., don't they learn?" And there have indeed been several games that made several E3's, including DNF and STALKER

Hope not. Last thing Kotor (and LA) needs is ANOTHER sequel rushed out in a year...
