Hell no, I wouldn't wan't to spend 90% of the game with a crappy colored saber just because silver/viridian (my combo) is unique and shouldn't be found ingame that easy. <_< Colors were already to hard to find anyways. How many people have had a BRONZE crystal, eh? You are pretty screwed enough if that is your favorite color already

PC - X-Box? You might try edit that line in SWkotor2.ini, it doesn't seem to change in the PC version even after game completions... <_<

After you heard the convo and activated the Vogga's Hoard quest, go to the cantina (NOT Jekk Jekk Tar) and buy Juma Juice. Now it is getting hard... not because it is hard, but because this part is SEVERLY bugged, so be carefull! Hopefully, you (or Handmaiden/Mira) haven't danced before Vogga yet. Do so (also in cantina). After that give the juice and open the door. If you danced before hope you haven't waked him up yet, since only the first time after awakening you can dance again for him, and after that the option vanishes, and so does the lightsaber then...

Computerstats and/or a Screenshot of the issue can help alot... Untill then; the basic stuff; Does your comp meet min. requirements? Do you have the latest drivers? Is it a "known issue" according to the Troubleshooting guide? Do you have any "features" of your card turn on/off?

It is being done, but very rarely. Usually this is quite a bit in the process then to seek any potential publishers (S.T.A.L.K.E.R, Submarine Titans, Crashday just to call a few) I have never heard of a publisher agreeing without seeing abit of the game. Thus increasing the risk that devs. put alot of fluff (graphics) in their production to please these publishers, where-after there is not enough time for the actual load

For all these games (BG, Freelancer, Fahrenheit) they had to implent some new things not seen before that to get the "casual gamer" to play it Freelancer had it's mouse instead of joystick Baldur's Gate the Real-time combat with possibility to pause Fahrenheit the action sequences (and fit for consoles, that had been done before, but never with an as good result as Fahrenheit)

I know. But even Fahrenheit isn't that good as the old adventures, and also not anywhere near as funny (seems logical..., but still a good dose of humor is always a + in adventures)

I'm under 23. But you are right. Freelancer was just a Privateer wannabe. But remember that these games where made in a time were the Space Sim genre flourished, and Freelancer came in a time where the genre was as good as dead... Bit like Baldur's Gate and the RPG, or the current adventures (some are good, but sofar none reached the epic old level of LA adventures and such kind)

Wellcome to the modern world, Kotor2 isn't the first buggy RPG, and certainly not the last Also the bug amount in Kotor2 is minor compared to some other RPG's (Pool of Radiance 2 anyone?)

Well, you can just copy the Voice maps to some other place (like C:\) but since the Dos-box ignores sub-maps in a map that'll be alot of extra work (that would be like using MILES to make them all *.wav's that can be played in WMP). So instead of that make a new map on C:\ (to make it easy kotor2voices) and dump (copy) all the files in there without the having of sub-maps... Then load up Dosbox, follow all instructions and all the voicefiles can be read by WinAmp. Understand?

True. After they completed Kotor2 OE realised that they had very few influence points for Bao-Dur and gave each influence point more +influence. Don't recall where I actually read that, but it was something official

Agreed. But alot of other companies also love being greedy and start copying stuff from Sony's milking. EA for example with The Sims (1/2) expension 221438 and the "Boosterpacks" for BF2 are obvious examples of that...

Force Commander OK? Besides the music nothing is good with FC. Anyways, miss the good old LA days with their high-quality and funny adventures, the adventure market just isn't what it used to be anymore without them
