Bao-Dur was originally going to be given special robes. You bring him a robe and he converts it so that only he can wear them. That didn't go to far obviously (though all VOs have been done). I believe there is more to it then that. I know you have to have your Xbox specially modded to have mods...

Yep. They indeed said Hunter Killer droid. But remember HK was used by Revan early into the war. So, its possible that many Sith troops saw HK.

One of the great things about Star Wars is that you never need to worry about using blood to make it realistic considering how lightsaber cauterize the wound and thus no blood. The problem would be with vibroblades but oh well. Say that they are lined with some material that prevents it from slicing and dicing people and getting blood all over your sparkling armor.

The second time we see the Death Star fire in ROTJ, it fires at a corvette. The moon is pretty big. If that laser kept going then it would have basically would have hit it. And there is some proof. In Infinites, the Death Star was damaged by Lukes torpedo and thus couldn't fully destroy Yavin.

There are power levels to the laser, ya know. Would be pretty stupid if it hit a corvette, tore through, hit the moon, destroyed the shield generator and the left themselves open for attack.
