  1. Good taste! Mine at this moment is... geez... I think Metallica with "Nothing Else Matters"... But this changes quite often. It totally depends on my mood.
  2. *Applauds* Great job Meshugger! I hope you get the green light, I'm really interested in the music.
  3. I was stuck for 12 hours at Sharm-El-Sheikh international airport in Egypt once. The whole terminal consisted of one hall with a coffee-corner/giftshop, only open during plane arrivals and departures. Now that was boring...
  4. ...I doubt if that is ingame material... If it is, then: (w00t) (w00t) (w00t)
  5. Did someone tried GW already? If so, what do you think of it? I tried it only a couple of minutes, but it sure looked good.
  6. Hey, is that Willy Wonka? (w00t)
  7. AFAIK, the PC didn't lose his memory...
  8. A friend of mine used a Cartman as Hitler avatar once, and that unleashed hell on that forum. He was responsible for a topic with more than 2000 replies, and everybody felt the urge to say what they thought about it. Man, that was the best flamewar I've ever seen (w00t)
  9. I can't wait for everything! I want to play the game right now.
  10. No really, was his comment it worth to bump a 10 day old thread?
  11. [sacasm] Lol! Everyone look at me! I have my own personal flameboi! Happy! Happy! Joy! Joy! [/sarcasm] Please go flame somewhere else, flameboi, nobody appreciates your mindless flaming anyway <_<
  12. How about Rome Total War? anyone played that game? I heard it has a Risk kind of worldmap and some turn-based components. It seems like a very good game to me, so I'm considering to buy it.
  13. actually, all that was said was , and he thought i was wrong and stated that . so really, it wasnt much of an argument. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> doh! Ahh well, I asked for it...
  14. It runs perfectly well on those cards except during the planet level when , when it looks rather pinkish. " <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
  15. They probably will if we post here often enough.
  16. ! Indeed, that is the brilliance of the Civ series Edit: It's basically the same overhere: "Just one more post before I go to bed" :D
  17. bump (sorry if this is annoying, but I really want to know...)
  18. Aaargh! It's so annoying when you read a post and you know there is an argument but you can only read some of the words because you are afraid to be spoiled. This is what I mean: [/sarcasm] again, that is not proof. so basically, even though <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Ahh well, I guess that is the bane of being a PC gamer...
  19. I think that Gromnir has a very good point. Character development in a CRPG is the most important thing IMO, because of the R in RPG. The whole game is based on the role (ie. Char) you play. From what I heard the Devs (at least tried to) made skill choices more important in TSL, but I can't judge for myself if this works because of international gamer. I think they are somewhat limited in their freedom to fiddle with the attributes due to the D20 rules, but I think attributes are important enough as they are, because they still play a major role depending on which class you choose to play. As for the workbench, I really hope this will be fixed in the PC version. I like a balanced game, and this sounds like unbalanced to me.
  20. I think ST is actually a good movie and IMO quite realistic in a metaphorical way (and in a scary way foreseeing). The bombastic way of how the federation goes to war and the little movies and newsflashes in between reminded me very much of the whole CNN view of the American invasion of Iraq: "Countdown To War", "Now live to our invading forces in the desert" etcetera. Not to mention the pompous music that goes with it and the excessive amount of military power shown in the movie. But hey, what else do you expect from a Dutch director?
  21. Movies? When did the second one came out?
  22. ...Right...Never mind...
  23. You truly are a linguistic hero, carrotman.
