We may think that we choose, but really our brain consist of those particles which will move in a pre-defined manner. That's what I mean by determinism.

OK. Set up the second PC and connect via Remote Desktop to the first (where you have Fallout) and run the game. You can now make your Remote Desktop connection be windowed and Fallout will actually run fullscreen on the 1st machine. :D :D :D

Where did you read it exactly? Last time I checked they said it will have NWN1 style companions but just with greater degree of control, not controllable like BG2.
