The patch notes say that the unconquerable property (that is, items such as the Horn of Moderation) are not yet fixed. Loading a bad save will repair the character, but those items should not be used atm. Until next patch.

Some people don't want the patch, in that way they can troll all the day. Professional Trollers.

Offended no, is normal to have bugs on a game, what i really want is have this game with the mayor bugs fixed asap before any visual or gameplay fix.

You act like because it's a high priority it should be easy to fix. That is not how bug fixing works. They state that they already fix it few days ago, they where waiting for more bugs go out to fix then and make a big patch, they could easily release the fix for the mayor bugs first and the others later. You know, if you are hungry and some show you a hotcake and you smell it and then they hide it, how are you going to feel? That's how i feel.

When bugs are so ugly like the stat ones, fix is needed with a hotfix, all other stuff (visual and gameplay) can go out on the normal scheduled patches. Larian do this with Divinity Origin, everything was good because big bugs game breaking where fixed in less than 24 hours. I am pissed i am loosing my holidays.

Still waiting for the patch, my only character affected by a bug is eder, +1 constitution and some other stats like resistances and precision altered, don't wanna mess my gameplay. I just hope it get released today. Is holiday and i am dying for play.

Kinda weird, today i try to double click for equip a item and no work, i don't see any download from the steam client. Any idea?

V-Sync is needed if you don't want put your machine working more than is needed... V-sync is a cap, if i disable it for example the game use more GPU than is needed, thats mean more Heat.

Enable V-sync... you don`t need the extra frames.
