Raithe, I'd say if the kid really wants to be a model, then the classes are not going to hurt, but she should understand that it is simply going to prepare her to pursue opportunities. These academies or whatever they call them are churning out a lot of kids, but it is up to the individual to do the legwork and go after jobs, and there is going to be a fair amount of rejection during the audition process. I wouldn't drop down a ton of money either.

Elder Scrolls Online
Bethesda Softworks is the publisher of ESO. The developer is Zenimax Online Studios, and it was established solely to create ESO. They both operate under Zenimax Media. They all operate closely with one another, both in terms of proximity and the fact they are sharing an IP. All of that is just a drawn out way of saying it is not a big deal to call them Bethesda or Zenimax. There is a bigger difference between the two Bioware studios, and for simplicity sake I still just call them Bioware.

It wasn't made by Bethesda. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck Feel free to use the name ZeniMax, nobody else does.

I've also had a bad cough for about a week. It has gone through my whole family, but I have a history of asthma so the wheezing was bad enough to send me to the clinic. I figured I needed a new prescription for my inhaler anyways. The clinic I go to is awesome. They are super quick with walk-ins, they charge a reasonable rate, and the service is great. They also seem to have a thing for hiring hot Russian doctors. I've been helped by this older Russian female doctor before, but this time she had a student doctor shadowing her that was also gorgeous. It was hilariously distracting. They also had me fill out a survey and then gave my $5. So I walked out with cash and a few prescriptions for an inhaler and codiene cough syrup. Yay for me.

Offering your company on walks or more healthy lunches is probably as far as you want to push it. Just letting her know she has your support is all that is necessary.

Elder Scrolls Online
Bethesda did an amazing job with the graphical range on this game. On my beefy home PC it looks like Skyrim, and on my puny work laptop it looks like Daggerfall. It runs smoothly on both too. I'm starting to get the hang of the combat, it can be a bit frenetic and I've had some pretty tough fights so far. It has been hard for me to see when to block and interrupt. My level 10 tank still feels pretty powerful though, but I'm finally starting to use potions here and there.

Pictures of your games Part 4
Lord of the Rings Online. It's pretty amazing how well that game has held up graphically after 7 years. My kids have been playing it a lot, they love just running around the Shire and Bree lands exploring.

Elder Scrolls Online
Am I the only one playing this? Blacksmithing seems to be pretty hard to improve, but I guess that should be expected. I'm having a blast exploring, just like with most ES games. I played my first public dungeon and it was a lot of fun. I got whooped by a deadra lord early on, but with some patience and a few more buddies I was able to finish him off my second go around. I'm really happy with the amount of quests where you can pretty much avoid combat altogether.

Fat Athletes With Wood - aka The Baseball 2014 Thread
It shouldn't be surprising, there are a lot of sports where large fellows thrive. Linemen in football are huge and it seems to be a prerequisite in bowling

Fat Athletes With Wood - aka The Baseball 2014 Thread
I'm not one to ever question Billy Beane, I'm guessing Choice will have some fatal flaw in the majors The Hunter Pence contract is summed up nicely here. It is eye popping, but Pence is a pretty valuable player to the team. People are more upset that they wouldn't give Pablo Sandoval the same deal, but it all comes down to health. Speaking of which I think they Giants are a very solid team, but they are one injury away from catastrophe. Of course, the Dodgers are in trouble if they lose Kershaw for an extended time, so I guess that is applicable to all teams.

Elder Scrolls Online
It's a bit crowded in the newbie zones, but I'm having a blast. I really am enjoying the crafting, I hope that sticks for me. I'm struggling with the pick everything up disease of all ES games. I have a lot of different types of grains right now.

Elder Scrolls Online
Much to my surprise, this game is now live. I kept thinking we had until Friday, but I had forgotten about the 5 day head start for most preorders. I jumped in and created my Redguard named Taranto. So far so good, they changed things a bit from the beta, namely that the whole world is opened up right away.

Just bought Hitman Absolution for a few bucks on Steam. I remember a fair amount of vitriol about it when it came out, but it had a pretty decent rating and I loved Blood Money, so it's worth a risk.

That seems like a decent place to go with the series, although I dread what they will do to the history.
