Personally, I think it's unfair to compare Super Smash Brothers to Super Smash Brothers Melee, and say it's a repackaged version of the previous game. It's a fighting game, and it's second incarnation showed more evolution than most fighting game sequels do. There's a new adventure mode, which is kind of like the fighting modes in games like Double Dragon, only in Nintendo game inspired levels, the fighting system is much more complex, there's a lot more options for matches, and a host of unlockables that gives the game a lot of replayability if you're into that sort of thing. I haven't played the new F-Zero, but everyone I know who has, agrees that it's much better than the previous incarnations, and most everyone considers it a must have title. I'm unfortunately too broke to get it right now. I haven't played any of the Cube Mario Parties. I imagine they just added new games...what else is there to really do? I don't really do Pokemon, so I wouldn't know. Super Mario Sunshine is a fairly good Mario sequel, it could have been near perfect if the camera wasn't such a b!tch. I really like the Yoshis as well. Wind Waker is a must have that you left out (IMHO), it's an excellent game, and feels like an actual world, and is visually spectacular. Everyone I've talked to says the Viewtiful Joe games are awesome, I wouldn't know as I haven't played these yet. People I've talked to says the new Harvest Moon is quirky, but very addictive. I dunno, I just don't see the dearth of games everyone describes, maybe that's just because I bought into the system so late.

I dunno, I do most my gaming on the PC, the Cube was just meant to supplement that, and use as a device to play with others, namely my siblings, and occassionaly what few friends I have. I have at least six solid titles, that aren't 'remakes' any more than other sequels in a franchise are, in the case of Metroid Prime, even less so. I haven't even bought any new games since I got the thing either, so there's still a wealth of stuff I want, but as a college student trying to find a job don't have the money for at the moment. The most recent upgrade was two third party controllers, for four person Super Smash Brothers Melee rounds.

Compared to Eternal Darkness? It's a fantastic game. And Eternal Darkness is in my top 10, possibly top 5 fav games. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Please to be not offended if I have a hard time taking your opinion about the Resident Evil games as objective. I believe Ender well enough, though his opinions about Ninty make me upset.

I kind of liked DX:IW. People just rip it harder than it would've been otherwise because it was the sequel to a game that was perfection.

I'm trying to find a job. I got the haircut (I had been letting my hair grow out for six months, it was finally looking 'long' and not 'shaggy', but alas, it's all gone now. :'( ) and I'll be firing off the applications I've collected this Friday. In the meantime, I do a lot of volunteer work at my Church, and am going down to Mexico this Saturday for around a week and a half to frame and roof a clinic with said Church. So yes, I do have a life, but that's the lamest 'net comeback ever and should not even be acknowledged with this thread.

I haven't played any of the Resident Evil games, being a youngling when they first came out, so my parents wouldn't let me play them evil rated M games. Basically what I'm asking is: Is it a good game?

It would really suck if this were finally released, all the jokes were a lot of fun. Beats the hell out of me. Eternal Darkness is the only good horror game on the cube as far as I'm concerned. Out of curiousity though, I seem to remember someone telling me the Resident Evil 1 remake for the Cube is now somewhat hard to find. I saw a copy of it sitting in the case at the local Target...is it worth picking up?

I Resolve things. This is pretty accurate actually, but considering my answers in the Facts vs. Ideas section, and the classificatipon of the Big Thinker type, if I had answered one question differently I could just as easily fit in that class, which I honestly think fits me a wee bit better.

DOOR NUMBAH 2! Entirely because Tech TV went from the most awesome station in the world, to the worst in the world after the merger with G4, so quite frankly I really doing give a rats ass about their, or their viewers opinion anymore. With the exception of the honorable Adam Sessler, and whoever else is left from pre-merger Tech TV (not much), and even then, only off screen really. I mean, the only real thing of interest about Asia Carrerra is her porn films...I really don't care about her Unreal Tournament hobby in a show all too much like MTV Cribs, complete with fired MTV host, fine game and porn star they may be (respectively).* *This was an actual show, this is also the point I realized 'it's over', and knew this wasn't the Tech TV I loved, only time I've watched it since then was the E3 Coverage, and only then when someone on another message board said something along the lines of "OMGWTF G4TechTV's E3 coverage is actually earnest and unbiased, with no boobs to be seen other than the booth babes, and even then minimally?!!"
