Strange Issue
One of the most important aspect of being a Moderator is having a keen sense of detail .. so obviously I knew the link was there

What you did today, part gazillion
Was delayed 5 hours (on a 300 km trip than normally takes 2,5 hours) because someone decided to jump in front of the train ahead of mine. I can only feel pity for everyone involved - besides being miserable himself he just ruined the drivers life for the next few years. Suicide is awful in every aspect.

Strange Issue
maybe you could post a link to this mod? In case others experience this problem, that would be great!

"Meaningful evil"
That often leads you with a grey alignment instead of Darks Side (of at least 25-50% dark sid) doesn't it?

A farewell Thread
Well the final preparations are done - now I just need a pair of good hiking/walking boots - make sure my girlfriend doesn't break my legs to prevent me from leaving (Misery anyone?) and throw a big party this saturday so my friends can send me away properly (Gin anyone?) 12 days now.. It's exciting! I'm not gonna trek through India, on foot mostly, with more than a rucksack - after that skiing incident last year my back isn't as strong as it used to be. You got it - but I'll post a link to a website here before I leave and as I said; anyone who forwards their email adress to me will be on our (english) mailing list as well.

Jimmy Justice!
In most European countries police are absolved from this law (minimum parking 15 ft away from a fire hydrant) - IF they are on duty. I didn't have sound on when I saw this clip - but when the officer is driving a police vehicle you have to assume they are on duty.

Strange Issue
This is a strange problem indeed and to be honest I think you would need a special patch to solve it (which have not been made). But aside from aesthetics the alignment of your allies doesn't really affect the game - they won't act evil or do anything evil, your alignment and choices are the sole cataclyst for events and cutscenes. So I would say; ignore it - even if it's annoying.

A farewell Thread
Because if there was, it'd break your heart to learn that Rosbjerg chose Sand over you, right? Easy down you two - you just have to remember that I'm not a one-forumite-kinda-guy.. I've got plenty of love for all of you!

My evil twin Flexo Gonzales. He recently stepped down from a position as some kind of attorney and needs to lay low for a while.

I have alot of the vaccines from former trips - but as a precuation I've taken them again (my health insurance gives me 15% off as well as a 10% refund on the remaining price). Now I should be covered for the next 10 years or so. So I'm covered on that department - The Danish Health Institute keeps a continously updated list on various diseases and epidemic outbreakes around the world and you are not allowed to take an international Health Insurance without the vaccines they recommend.

What are you playing now?
Dark Star One .. it's a carbon copy of Freelancer, less freedom, better graphics and just as bad voice acting.. it's okay however, but nothing exciting.

EA buys Bioware
hmm this is worrying news - Bioware had moved more towards EA's particular method of producing games in the recent years (more profit oriented), but this is the fate of any big company I think. I hope this turns out for the better - and EA recongnizes that Bioware is one of the few companies in the RPG buisness that know their craft well, particularly in using settings to their advantage (even if they do seem to be a bit lacking in creating innovative stories). Maybe the bigger captial will actually increase the value of their games - both creatively and financially. We can only hope.

A farewell Thread
Well I just wanted to tell you guys that from the 1st of November 2007 and until the 28th of April 2008 - I'm gonna be in India - so 20 days from now I'm off. I won't be in areas with internet very often, but I'm gonna be opening a webpage were I'll upload pictures and stories, when I am. If any of you are interested just throw me a PM with your email and I'll send you the link when it's up. One of the reason for opening this thread was also to see if any of you'd been in India - and if there are some places that you think I should see/shouldn't miss?

It's sound like you are at minimum influence with everyone - because that's exactly what happens.

President Ahmadinejad's Speech at Columbia University
yeah - and they'll be about how BOTH Cold Wars were actually just a prelude for a much darker conspiracy that is taken form and everyone in the 20th and 21st century were totally fooled by it.. It's gonna be more awesome than that time I travelled to North Korea with Ted Danson, in order to singlehandedly stop the terrorist threat! *insert random Family Guy clip* - cut to next scene -

President Ahmadinejad's Speech at Columbia University
damn Swedes.. - as a footnote I'd like to add that a very interesting documentary has been produced here in Denmark, partly in response to that whole Prophet Muhammed, blessed be his name, cartoon crisis. Incidentally very few of the Imams, who instigated the riots, saw the cartoons - several militant muslims circulated false pictures to several Mosques, supposedly in order to escalate the situation. It would seem that certain political extremes in both the West and East are very interested in keeping the pot brewing. Much like in the Cold War era. This could very well be the kick off for a new Cold War (I don't hope anyone is stupid enough to launch an actual fullscale war of ideology) - it'll be interesting to see how China will place itself in this.

SECESSION! Groups plot to split the USA
A good thing or a bad thing? Good thing - and bad thing.. It allows easier acces into the area, in case that should be necessary, and with a muslim neighbour, which is part of the European Union, maybe some of these states will back off a bit. Maybe even we will.
