Ep 1 was really bad but II was quite decent IMO. Will look forward to 3. It probably has the best potential of the series. There's a lot of good stuff to be crammed into that one.

Jackie Chan's good, but nowhere as near as good as Bruce Lee and Jet Li in terms of fighting, though he's hardly shabby either. Jackie's more of an entertainer and stuntman. He's definitely the most agile of the lot though.

Some dude put up tons of anti-Bush posters (which were quite silly) at the entrance of my residence (in Ontario, Kanada). Stuff like "Billionairs for Bush", "41 reasons to hate Bush" (which included stuff like "Bush is on course to be the prez that's taken the most vacation"), "It's a class war, and we're wnning it!" and "How many species do you really need?". Not really intelligent stuff, including an essay on why Bush was a dictator-wannabe printed off the net from a weirdo site. A week or so after that somebody started posting anti-Kerry stuff that was equally stupid. I wonder what's the point of that, since there aren't any American voters at my place, or ones that are likely to visit soon.

That's quite possible and that's what I used to think. However after watching some Ultimate Fight (forgot exact name) clips where basically it's a anything-goes fight, the guys with size usually get a large advantage. Surprisingly many martial arts are quite poor at grappling or extremely close combat except ones that cover that area, say judo. Many of them like taekwondo emphasize striking and are quite hopeless once you get them in a good grip. However, Bruce Lee was the real deal (not just show) and should be able to pwn most ppl out there, including WWF ppl.

Apparently there were about 3 IG-88 models. The sentient one copied its prog. into the other two and basically the droids themselves were destroyed. IG-88 did however manage to upload himself into the 2nd Death Star and basically take control (ie BE the Death Star), but of course it was destroyed too.

I'd go for IG-88. The droid's got sentience (according to novels) and can thus be creative etc.

Personally I prefer carbonite, then I'll display them on the Ebon Hawk. Dark Side torture or subtle implanting of suggestions (like Palpatine on Anakin) that makes them question their allies or think they deserve more etc would own. Even if you briefly encounter the person/NPC/enemy, a few strategic lines over many encounters could be enough to make the difference. For diplomacy there should be Sith style manipulation and the Jedi peacenik logic. Emphasis: again the former isn't always violent or threatening. In fact the better quality ones would be subtle manipulation ala Palpatine.
