Plugging a little known (by the views at least) youtube channel for the WW2 nerds. This guy does heavy duty research before doing one of these videos, the theme being 'filthy detailed'. He is currently working on Stalingrad. He will likely be done with his reading in a couple of weeks. Can't wait.

Every respectable competitive shooter has a one shot one kill headshot. The bulletsponge thing is related to the lack of a mouse for consoles I think. You gotta do something different because the quick target acquisition and execution is not rewarding on a controller, so, bulletsponge and coverbased/cover shifting it is.

Yes, but what the hell is she doing at g20. I mean substitute her for one of Trump's idiot sons and it should become apparent.
-
Girl power or wtf is she doing here. You decide. The look on Merkel's face is priceless.

Yeah the old bait and switch. GOTY addition and yet somehow lots of DLC that aren't on sale.

Best post. You preach no discrimination and equality with that mouth? Yes. What of it? Nothing, I'm starting to develop indifference to hypocrisy on this forum, but sometimes it resurfaces. Carry on. It's a joke, Sharp_one. https://www.livescience.com/3634-conservatives-easily-disgusted.html

I keep thinking I want to get that, but then I read the GOG reviews and they say the campaign is short and ends abruptly or something like that. I'm a sucker for a good RTS campaign. It's alright, although you can go through the campaign in one sitting. So buy cheap. Just in case you weren't aware, GOG also released Homeworld: Cataclysm (renamed for the re-release), which happens to offer one of the best RTS campaigns you'll ever play. Deserts of Kharak started pretty good and retained the general feel of Homeworld games which is surprising given the setting, but ultimately, its campaign proved to be too monotonous for me. Yeah the cataclysm single campaign is pretty good. Did they do anything special for the re release. I heard the source code was lost, so a reskin at least ? Nope, doesn't look like it.

Well, you can't tell anything from a trailer these days. Michelle Yeoh could work out, she has the right gravitas to be a proper Star Trek captain. Hoping it's not about saving the Galaxy. There is too much of that going around.

TNG is occasionally good. Mostly it was the only Sci Fi on when I was a kid and I was briefly involved with a fan magazine. I'm not sure either series holds that well up with the best of the TV produced this decade, but for some reason Sci FI shows are still few and far between. What they have in common I suppose is inadequate effects, which is a good thing, it means that all they really have is the story, CGI filler just wasn't available.

Tried to watch the first Star Trek series. There was some guy who wasn't Shatner as captain and a medic with the weirdest combover you have ever seen who seemed to double as the captains bartender and some love triangle with a girl from a 'pleasure planet'. Proto Shatner didn't speak a lot but he made up for it with intense looks. Yeah not doing that again, sticking to TNG.

Is that an illustration of Trump trying to be funny and not really knowing how ?

Well nice to see Ramsay Bolton working anyway. Marvel fatigue set in two years ago for me so it would take something out of the ordinary for me to watch any more.
-
I feel like they didn't have to do a 'save the universe' plot. That's not really the strength of the series.

He's a talentless hack ?. Silent bob and what's the one where Alan Rickman is a fallen angel - long time ago now and he's past it.

Weird day. Boss comes in and does 'everyone get windows update and reboot after'. 20 mins later. 'Everybody close down your machines we will let you know'. Then 'shut down your phones'. Then 'go home'. It was all very haxor. Ransomware attack had hit Maersk AP who apparently share certain systems with us.

So you want to be able to buy crack, meth, speed, heroin etc. in any store? Anything else is government nannyism? Liberalism I'd say. If I'm not hurting anyone then society has no right to tell me what to do. A reappraisal is needed and it needs to be free of moralizing. Only truly harmful substances should be banned from the general public. As it stands what is legal and what is not is mostly a product of historical accident.

Amphetamines as well actually. The uppers and downers combo. Special brew cooked up by his doctor. We should probably be thankful as they made him paranoid and megalomaniacal questioning his generals and making terrible decisions. Huge boon to the allied war effort. Imagine Nazi Germany with inspired leadership.

I grew up in a hash culture. Every adult smoked weed, it was not frowned on. As for heavy drugs we were told those were the ones that could ruin lives, and we had all seen enough evidence in the form of real life junkies not to question that assumption. Free parenting tip. If you want your kids to not do heavy drugs, drag them out to the ****ty part of town and show them how junkies live.

You shouldn't smoke it though, it's carcinogenic. It should be vaped or ingested in oil form. That's difficult for the layman though. Now if it were legal cannabis oil could be mass produced.

Figure of speech. Just realized it could read like I was calling you mother****er

I like to have both, that's what Hitman is to me. You try for the subtle approach and of course it doesn't work the first few times, then it's supposed to be ON mother****er and you basically have a small chance to complete leaving 40 bodies on the floor. The puzzle is not enough on its own.
