  1. Can't they do what Bioware does? After you beat the game you get transported back in time before the last mission, in this case probably before accessing the last area of the game, re-spawning back at your keep.
  2. Stronghold Improvements: - Combine all the resting bonuses - Extend the time for some of the special events, they are easily missable - Change the turn system to something else, its really bad Exploration: - Hidden stuff other than traps should be separated from sneak mode - Highlighting needs some toning. Shops: - Please let shops change their items frequently like every 1 or 2 days, I bought all the ingredients from Curio shop and she restocked the same items all over again. - Maybe make trade agreements with various shopkeepers at various places to expand the shops at the Stronghold's inventory. Items: - Unique items, all items feel the same, nothing too special like some of the items you get from IE games that put a smile on your face. - More Enchanting and Crafting recipes. Enemies: - More variant of enemies please to spice up the encounters. - Do something about the Adra Dragon. Combat: - Allow pre-buffing and outside combat abilities and spells. - More per-encounter, some of the per rest don't seem all that great. - Make the selection circles of the characters more recognizable, I keep losing track of my party members during fights. Others: - Game saves and loading takes longer at the later parts of the game, disarming traps causes stutter. - Naming Saves.
  3. Some events that like the special recruits that show up at the Keep or the Supplicant from Gilded Vale are easily missable. Sometimes by the time you return to the keep they would have already left. For instance the Supplicant arrived and left at the same time because he thinks I ignored him when I was simply traveling from Searing Falls to Cead Nua. I wish they extend the time of their stay. Getting rid of the turn system for stronghold events and quests would also help immensely.
  4. Someone said that it would have been much better if Raedric's Hold was the stronghold. The hold almost completely established and you could have fixed or upgraded Glided Vale for more taxes and even open new shops. Best thing its optional in case you decide to allow one of the other lords rule the place.
  5. - The game's system sucks Don't hate it but I hope they improve on it in a patch, expansion or at least in the sequel. - The characters are lame Better than BG1's but not as good as BG2's, and not many choices but its not really a fault. - Too small world Probably because of Unity. - Too few quests Wish if there was more but its not lacking, some quests were good and some were not. - Choices don't matter A lot of the quests are flavor and the multiple choices were for the personality, choices don't differ much most time. - The music sucks Music was great, having more than one track for combat and areas was great. - The writing sucks Perception effecting observing and missing details of NPCs was a nice touch but wish if it mattered more. please improve. - The keep sucks It sucks. After reading the update by Tim Cain, I was pumped for this but its a huge let down. please improve. - The "endless" dungeon sucks Not as good as Durlag's Tower or Watcher's Keep and the end boss was a joke. Overall the game is pretty good but hope they keep on improving it.
  6. It should be spotted by a perception check similar to IE games with spotting the hidden doors.
  7. They could be backer items, The Codex items at the Salty Mast also lack description. They might have ran out of time to do everything, they might still improve things in future patches hopefully.
  8. Eder's starting weapon and shield not enchantable. I get no recipes known whenever I try to enchant them.
  9. Having an option to sleep until morning or midnight before camp or at an inn will be great.
  10. I like crafting, I use it almost in every game that has crafting in it but I don't want it as a skill if at all possible. There's not many levels and I would rather not waste my fighter's skill on crafting. But since there are generic NPC that can be recruited I guess I can make them into crafters. For money I like managing things. In NWN2 OC I really liked how I can upgrade the Keep. I didn't like how it was necessary to survive later but I still liked how I had a place of my own I can upgrade. So if possible I really want more upgradable locations I can get a hold of. Also lets say a village got attacked and a lot of its buildings got ruined. It will be cool if I can donate to the village so they can rebuild and in exchange I get extra services and discounts and other extras. For unique equipments I don't mind crafting some items different from items that can be bought will be great but I would rather have the best equipments gotten thru a dungeon, a master craftsman.
