You guys know you can see what the choice means by hovering over the choices and looking at the symbol that appears in the center? A white thing for LS, a red thing for DS. I didnt figure that out for several levels.

LadyCrimson has a pretty good build on display in a video she made in the D3 thread if you have the energy to search it out but IIRC you need to be at least level 55 to use those skill selections. I totally copied her and its what got me over the same hump youre at. Ive definately seen an increase in quality drops and Im even making money selling them on the AH. A couple items would be equipped right now if I hadnt spent large at the AH prior to the patch. I also have no problem finding groups. Now finding a good group may take 3-4 attempts but that has nothing to do with lack of people to play. Tigranes, Im on every day from about 6-8pm Central Time so hit me up.

I see a lot of melee Wizards and they seem really effective, can pretty much tank. Dont know the build but it involves lots of tornados ant the ability to freeze mooks for long periods.

I like that they buffed the DH so now I do even more boom. Can fairly consistantly get 300k crits now. I loves me some +crit damage stacking. The gem stack increase is also helpful since that was eating up almost one whole page of my stash.

Yep, thats with Sharpshooter. I love encoutering a pack of mooks, drop a Caltrop to rope them all together, then nail them with a Cluster Arror w/ Loaded for Bear and watch as 200+k crits jump off everyone.

Have my Demon Hunter up to 112k dps now and have a good chunk of Act 2 on "farm". Have also had fair luck in gearing up from drops, nothing OMG good but steady upgrades.

You get a few escape mechanics and you can kite all day over your Caltrops but if you start getting punched you're going to fold like a beach chair. The monk has vastly more survivability.

Ran into an uber Demon Hunter last night who coached me up on a better build than the one I was using. Even though I had an awesome bow it had some less than desirable stats (life on hit) which he convinced me to drop and instead go for +Critical Damage. That combined with the Sharpshooter passive skill and my dps jumped from 33k to 58k. Took Shadow Power to give me back a healing mechanic. Now to work on my resistances a bit...
