Yeah, Im having a much less frustrating time with my in Hell Wizard than my in Hell Monk. I can just stand back and lazer everyones faces off while a Barb or Monk soakes the damage and if things get hairy I can just kite everything by running away and dropping Hydra's in their path until they die. Having a good "tank" is critical to higher difficulty MP. Now if I join a public game and wind up in a group without a melee class I just immediately drop.
My Monk is only level 51-52 but yes, for example, an elite Mallet Lord can one-shot me all day long. And the f-ing pools of fire/poison other mobs drop right at my feet make me want to rage quit, lol.
Nightmare seems to be my difficulty enjoyment threshold. I was not enjoying myself in Hell with my Monk as every mob seems to devolve into a battle of attrition where you just wipe constantly until you eventually grind them down. Maybe it will be different when my ranged Wizard gets there but melee is just a mess of dying in seconds due to poop on the floor or getting one-shot.
I honestly dont understand your statement. Things do change and ammendment are made. Everything eventually moves to a logical conclusion, albeit slowly.
I would much rather a thought out and measured approach to Constitutional ammendments they making rulings based on whichever way the wind is currently blowing. When the will of the people becomes great enough regarding a subject then they can effect changes and ammendments are made. Working as intended.
Thats one thing that really irritates me about the Blacksmith, the magical properties of the gear are totally random. I upgrade him religiously because Im a head case like that but stopped using him after I had to craft the same shoulder armor four times before I got stats I could use. A failing in the game IMO, the Blacksmith should automatically produce the correct gear for whichever class is crafting it at the time.
No.
Yes.
Unfortunately, the list of things which count as a 'felony' in the US (accepting that it varies by state) does include lots of more minor non-violent crimes as well as non-violent drug offences. Or did you disagree with some other aspect of what I said?
I was disagreeing that felons lost their voting right permanently (although you didnt specifically say that, thats the gist I took from your post). According to my link they only lose the right while in prison and every state except two allows for eventual reinstatement upon completion of the felons probation/parole. I see nothing wrong with that.
Diablo's dead baby, Diablo's dead. Fun fight if a bit easy. Had one moment of panic where I had him at ~1-2% and he nailed me with something that almost one-shot me causing me to yell out "Nooooo" while spastically mashing the 1 (heal spell) and Q (healing potion quickslot) buttons. Played on a bit of Nightmare and am enjoying the difficulty increase where even random Yellow mobs make me have to pay attention.
