  1. Crept out at 0 dark 30 to go pick up a card and flowers for my wife. There were already ~6 other dudes in the flower/card isle doing the same thing.
  2. Yeah, I have the last 8 LoT's on my DVR I keep trying to talk myself into watching.
  3. SpaceX Just Made Its Fastest Successful Rocket Landing on a Drone Ship.
  4. That stinks, sorry to hear that TN. Best wishes for your neice!
  5. How do various damage modifiers work in Grim Dawn? For example, I was playing around with adding mats/enchants to my weapon and I notice a particular material offers lets say +18% Poison damage. Does that mean it will add an additional 18% worth of poison damage to to my damage total or that it will buff poison damage by 18%? Meaning, if my rifle isnt doing any poison damage on its own, is this buff wasted?
  6. Here's Your First Look at the New Power Rangers Movie Suits.
  7. Not being able to drop a portal in there really cramps my style. And at my level those keys are sorta expensive, mats wise. Maybe Ill level up a bit more and try again later. Thanks for the tips!
  8. In Grim Dawn there is a certain dungeon (the name escapes me) that requires a Skelton Key, can only be entered once per, and seemingly gets harder the lower you go(?). Is this a bottomless dungeon or is there an eventual end boss? I made it to "Anguish" level, is there much more? I'm level 50 and I ran into Lord Executioner and he literally smote me in one shot.
  9. Ive always heard the saying used as "snitches wind up in ditches" but I like that one too.
  10. The Director of the New Mutants Movie May Have Just Revealed the Team.
  11. For a peek behind the curtain, we regular mods can: Edit Title, Pin, Lock, Move, Merge or Delete a topic. Maybe higher-ups can Split. Dunno. EDIT: Nevermind, found the Split button.
  12. K. But my point is that while you apparently agree with all the points, you are literally, physically unable to remain civil. Even to the detriment of the forum. Which you admitted yourself. And then complained about. Honestly you cant see that this is a little out there? I don't know if youre having a bad day or something but I do sincerely hope you find a happy middle ground.
  13. You know, the ones that have taken the time to politely explain things to you and tried to sooth the hurt in your posterior. You may have caught me out here as I do occasionally glaze over when I feel a conversation circling the drain. Does agreeing with l33t's points mean you were not whining over multiple pages and trying to bully BVC with sig quotes?
  14. I also edited out a "duh" but I guess you missed it. Its obvious that you have an axe to grind, and several posters have tried to walk you back from the ledge, but I guess "cause triggered" will rule the day. Hopefully you can work all that out in your head. Or dont.
  15. Of course not, only when they disagree with you.
  16. Tis a pity then that BVC triggers you beyond the capability for rational thought.
  17. You just make multi-page whining threads and altered signature quotes because you are misunderstood? I'm curious though, what do you do irl when you encounter someone that doesn't share your thought patterns? Do you follow them from location to location complaining? Do you picket outside their home or business saying you don't like them? How does Batimaeus make it through the day?
  18. Ah, so this has nothing to do with the forum atmosphere and everything to do with Bartimaeus trying to bully BVC off the forum.
  19. "I don't like a, b, and c so Imma crap up x, y, and z"? Is that about the gist? Seems legit. Alternatively, you may consider ignoring those posters that you do not approve of.
  20. Fingers crossed TN. Ive never actually seen someone pass out from shock/sadness/surprise. Heat, dehydration, sickness, standing at attention too long...sure, but never from shock.
  21. I guess we all have our crosses to bear. Since the spirit of the forum rules befuddles you, maybe a good general rule of thumb could be to address people in a civil manner?
  22. That's the beauty of the situation. Forums always have armchair moderators, each with an ironclad vision of "how stuff should be done". The hilarious twist this time is that their behavior (and others) is simultaneously the genesis of the "problems" (because they decided there is a problem) AND the results. Since were not hard enough on them they lose the ability to communicate in a civil manner. Or something. We try to keep things loose and this is not an echo chamber where we all have to agree. All opinions are welcome within the forum rules. We cannot read every post in every thread so if a post offends your sensibilities please feel free to make use of the Report button conveniently located at the bottom of every post, and we will take it into consideration.
  23. There was a Peter North reference in one of the BG's? Thats awesome and I totally missed it in game.
