I too was hoping we were electing a WoT president.

It was a beautiful weekend around here. Knocked out some chores like oil changes and haircut on Saturday. Sunday I bought a new fishing pole and drowned some worms.

I myself have emotionally overspent to have freaking brain surgery performed on a differnt cat but I cant say that another entity should be responsinbe for bearing the full weight of my emotional decisions. I love all my animals but there probably should be some financil cap on damages. Regarding free roaming animals, except for PetSmart, Ive never seen someone bring their pet into a bar or restaurant. What is this, France? I guess maybe out in the sticks it can happen but otherwise we have leash and pet waste laws 'round here.

Had my taxes done last night. Due to some changes, I was worried that I was going to get hammered but I managed to escape without suffering too much damage. Its one of those situations where I had expected so much worse, that when the hit did come, I was happy with it because it wasn't as bad (though still bad) as I had braced myself for.
