I had about 1.2gb free on C: and I both installed and patched it successfully. The install shield does have a bug that says you need more space on C: but you can install anyway.

Theyre mostly just kids with anger management problems who'll fly into a rage over the slightest thing they dont like. And thats without stopping for a moment to actually realise "Hey, this is a great game!". They take the good parts for granted and just focus on small and trivial issues. Its like you get served the best meal youve ever had in your life and you complain that the napkin isnt folded the way you want it.

Thing is, with d20 you could have players run around with Desert Eagles and it wouldnt make any damn differance. A magnum .44 round does about a D8 of damage so it would be the same as a longsword except you dont get to add your STR bonus to the damage. Theyre just as useless as bows and crossbows past level 5-6 Gunfights in games like Urban Arcana(D&D+d20 modern crossover) consists of the participants standing not 5m from eachother taking turns at shooting eachother at point blank range with the occasional: -He throws a hand grenade at you at 23. -I only have AC 17 so he hits -Ok, it does *rolls dice* 29 damage with rephlex save for half. -Alright *rolls dice* I save so I take 14 damage. Meh, Ive still got 43 hitpoints left. In d20, melee is the king. Dont remember if melee-attacking an opponent with a gun causes an attack of opportunity though.

I get kind of annoyed when we get the best CRPG in years(since K2) and all people do is whine about details.

There have been a ton of warnings regarding the bugs of the D2D version. Your best bet is to look at the BioWare boards.

The problem is that theyve seem to forgot to include Antialiasing Settings or the engine plain doesnt support it. It does not work to force it using Nvidia controls.

Well, I seem to have gona some way into the whole FSAA and HDR mystery. Since NWN2 seems to have HDR enabled by default, you cant force it to run FSAA because simultaneous FSAA+HDR is not supported unless youve got an ATI card with haxx

First impression: The plastic was hard to chew through, tasted ok. Manual smells good. The installer is bugged and might ask you to free up 5.5gb on C: even if you install it on a separate drive, i will install if you click alot on the disk requirements button though.

And just to prove what a sad fanboy I am, I went out and bought a vanilla copy downtown from a store that didnt care about tomorrow being the official release. ) it cost me a ton of cash though edit: since I have a preorder code, the only ingame thing I will miss with the vanilla is the "blessed of waukeen" feat, right?

It cant be true, it would be nuts and bonkers not to have AA in a game these days. There is a setting for HDR and sampling(for FSAA) in the nwn.ini so it should be there. Its probably just a bunch of peole with dodgy GFX and little computer experience
