Lately I've been eating granola with yogurt or protein shakes because they're healthier, but when I do eat something else for breakfast I like sweet and meat. Chicken and waffles is top tier, but pancakes and meat (usually sausage) is high up their as well. As far as mixes go, the kodak stuff works good for me. There's some protein stuff that is just nasty and best not to talk about. -

Finished Disco Elysium. I made a SPIRIT BOMB and used it, went to an almost abandoned fort, and found a bug and a killer. I never did get some guy to give me his sandwich though. It was very good, probably the best narrative I played in years. While I was a bit unsure at how a dialogue only game would play at first, it really does a good job of making you feel like you're doing detective work. Furthermore, the game seamlessly goes from funny to profound to weird as hell without straining at all. All in all it's one hell of a game and something that feels pretty close to unique. Whatever ZA/UM does next, I'm in. -
I watched it 16 hours ago and didn't bother to look before I posted. I am once again POLNAREFF tier dumb. If it didn't want to make you do some self-mutilation, then that's a good sign.

Orbital Children 1: Netflix got me to watch it and it's actually good? So far it has explained a little through exposition conversation. Not the worst way to go about it, but I'm increasingly favorable to stuff that doesn't try to explain everything. People use something in their hands (not sure if it's an implant or a thin glove) that acts like a smartphone and there is a very unsubtle google analog, there's stuff like that which will feel familiar. In terms of animation and color it's bright without being like Words Bubble Up Like Soda Pop and sort of whimsical in parts. @Bartimaeus may still want to gouge his eyes out, but it's not particularly offensive to me. I don't want to talk about plot much because I don't really know what it is yet, and given what @Sarex said and the fact someone involved with Evangelion is involved, I can tell this is going to get very weird. So a soft recommendation from me based on the start. Let's hope it's a fun ride.

So in ten years or so yall will be pulling six figures each? That sounds like a lot, but when you factor in the brutal housing costs of California's urban areas I guess it is much less than it looks. Then yall have two kids, so there's a bunch of expenses in there. In Texas the minimum starting is a bit more than half of the starting from what you posted (3k lower than Oklahoma since that was brought up recently) and the minimum after 20 years is a bit less than 55k. That's all not very good, even with the lower housing costs in Texas (not for long!), making rent on 33k a year is going to be very tough. Man, this country seems to hate teachers.

Disco Elysium. I did some investigating, gave a kid some drugs, and missed out on grabbing my gun because I talked to some students about infra-materialism. -
Moving through the Netflix backlog and watched The Perfection. It utilizes two different flashbacks to explain twists and was honestly meh. I guess it's cool if you've got an hour and a half to kill but it was a bit of a let down.

Well this went places lmao. Sorry to hear that Hurlshot. The average home price for the area I grew up in is around $250K. I think my parents bought their house for around $100k, so that's gone up. Looking at this real quick, it looks like rents have risen really high as well. I sure as hell feel like I'm getting squeezed when I have to pay. The whole situation seems untenable.

I meant to say s4 did and that got me to watch it again. I'm probably just bad at communication. Aggretsuko s4 9-10 Retsuko does a mayushi slap.

Motherless and Beast Totem grant natural attacks, which for reasons known only to the 3e designers follow a different rule than unarmed. Most stuff that gives enhancement bonuses to unarmed and natural works together, but natural doesn't require improved unarmed strike to not provike aoos and can't be used with flurry of blows. It's weird and dumb. -
Aggretsuko s4 1-8 There's a new boss and he's up to something bad. It's not as wacky fun as previous seasons but is still fun enough to keep going.
