A passive talent that just increases AoE is going to be taken by every caster because it's very powerful. I think it should be modal and involve a trade-off.

Seattle Sounders just set an MLS record with 8 wins in a row. It's a particularly difficult task in this league because of the high degree of team parity, so, yes, there was a bit of luck involved. But still, it's been a good run against some of the league's better teams.
