Just because they registered the trademark for all of those domains doesn't mean they're actually going to use them. It's a "just in case" thing. The main takeaway from your discovery is the title - The Outer Worlds.

I haven't seen any evidence that he worked on the Tyranny DLC either. He may have left Tyranny a while ago already.
