  1. If I use the console to summon an item for the purposes of giving character art feedback, and the item has missing string as the name or anywhere in the item description, should I report it? Or should I not report it? (As perhaps the values have been cut from the stringtables?)
  2. I haven't had one game without bugged health yet. I start a new game every time when I do something.
  3. Yep. That is a bad position on the map for that encounter lol

  5. They probably got some money by licensing the PE tools to inXile for Torment. Don't know how much those things are worth though.
  6. If your ACC-DEF is less than -5 you'll have a lot of chance to miss. Miss isn't gone, you'll miss a crap load if your accuracy is a fair bit lower than an enemy defense.
  7. Selecting the first dialogue option does nothing
  8. Yeah 16 I think. http://www.ancientscrossroads.com/adnd_tools/con_table.htm
  9. Josh must be doing his "doubling and halving" trick.
  10. Yeah there wasn't going to be miss. Glad it was put in.
  11. This bug is not present on normal difficulty. It is present on easy, hard and path of the damned. The health values are also REALLY REALLY HIGH on Path of the Damned.
  12. Okay this bug is present on Easy, Hard and Path of the Damned. It's not present for normal difficulty. Look at the Health on PotD LOL
  13. Building on my last suggestion I've had a go at revamping character creation so that the derived stats are shown in the character creation screen. There is a way of handling this properly and it requires splitting Culture and Background and moving Culture selection to before Attributes. The reason for this is that the character has then chosen their gear before selecting attributes, and the derived stats that require gear such as Accuracy, Damage, Deflection and whatnot can be shown using the items the character is equipped with. STAGE 1: You can see that there are now four tabs on either side of the attributes STAGE 2: STAGE 3: STAGE 4: STAGE 5: STAGE 6: This extra menu should probably always be there, but anyway. Here is a box that shows the derived stats including armor (from the Culture armor) and Accuracy, Damage, Speed and Interrupt from the Weapon. As the player modifies their attributes, these values will change giving them a better representation of what their attributes do. For things like Durations and AoEs, they should be displayed when mousing over an ability. That information would be a bit harder to find, but it should be there anyway. People will figure it out. All of the derived stats should be shown like they are (or should be) in the inventory, with a mouseover tooltip or something. STAGE 7: In order to keep the tab symmetry I had to split some things on the right STAGE 8: STAGE 9: STAGE 10: Let me know what you think! 14. I haven't figured out how to modify prefabs yet. Currently there's nothing that can extract the information. Someone's going to have to write a decompiler, most likely. But yeah Beetle Health was probably nerfed to oblivion.
  15. Nope, I only play on Hard, as that will be the difficulty I will be playing at for release.
  16. I think nipsen's issue is more with me (and possibly Matt) than anything else. If you go back and find his first post on the thread with our paper, his first response is OMG SUPERFANS RUIN EVERYTHING. He hadn't even read our paper at that point. He had come to a foregone conclusion, hahah!
  17. I wouldn't say that's true actually. I think that if released at the same time and a buyer has a limited amount of money to spend, it's more than likely they'll get TW:3 or DA:I. However if there was nothing to buy except PE then they might get that. Divinity:OS sold really well because there was literally nothing else out at the time, they lucked out there.
