  1. Let's be clear about this, the data was not hijacked. It was routed either as part of a U.S based Chinese telecom company, or from a U.S owned telecom company to the Chinese (for what purpose I don't know, load balancing?). What I'm saying is it was given to China freely, they have not hacked it from the U.S. I suspect this is why the own the master key, because they are either part of coallition of network providers, or the traffic in question was actually originating on a Chinese owned provider.
  2. I think it just means they own the key that was used to create other keys used to encrypt/decrypt data. This means they can decrypt anything by recreating the keys using the same master key.
  3. You can get a free audio burner from here: Clicky
  4. Cortisol isn't 'burnt off'. Exercise promotes serotonin and dopamine, which is why you may feel better. Actually what many people over look is thought isn't free. It too requires energy.
  5. Best place for tourists is London. p.s, bring lots of money
  6. In my mind the only thing likely to destroy the west is a synchronised nuclear strike launched from orbit by some nutty communist, followed by a full scale invasion.
  7. It's a bit **** for them to rise the retirement age, when modern living is probably going to see us die younger than our grandparents.
  8. Actually its entirely dependant on the amount of matter you're dealing with. Ten trillion degree isn't all that impressive when you're dealing with a few atomic particles. The actual beams they're using are only 3.5 TeV so far. I suspect the difference in temperature would cause an almost instantaneous heat transfer, rather than it moving "several feet".
  9. Interesting though that some people see it that way.

    Good news

gamefaqs is still going strong. It's seen dogs come and go.
  11. Would it not be in a government's interest to not comment on rumour, regardless of whether those rumours are true or false?
  12. Would I be right in thinking everything on wikileaks is anonymous and therefore unreliable?
  13. Maybe but I wonder if you appreciate just how often you see this sort of thing. The other day I saw a video of some man getting his hand bitten into by a shark. The camera man carried on filming whilst he screamed like a little girl.
  14. Actually this is a pretty common phenomenon, people taking photos/filming during the most inappropriate moments.
  15. The civil service is for talentless people, so they should consider side stepping into I.T.
  16. Luckily we don't have sidewalks in England, so I think I'm safe.
  17. Pfft, even turtles eat pigeons. ... yes it is on youtube.
  18. So that's not really a list about which countries have the most famous/popular brands, or U.S / France / Germany / Japan would dominate the top. I mean come on, Ikea vs BMW? H&M vs Intel? As if.
