The legal status of the old Black Isle games?
I lost my copy of Civ2 a couple years ago. Picked up a new copy in a bundle with Civ3. Twas strange because the bundle was $18 yet on the shelf above it was Civ3 by itself for $41.

fallout 1
I think someone forgot thier pills today. " You know exactly what they meant Volourn. <_< <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You're just feeding the troll... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> And the others were not? Besides someone has to feed him! We can't just let him starve!

Simply Impressive
If we're talking about the same mod, I think that person needs to recruit somone with a knowledge of the English language to check his writing for errors. The dialogue was lacking in choices; I can't recall finding a single choice in the mod. It seemed unfinished especially with the bug taht would transport you back to Taris after you kill Carth.

Your level when finished the game
Without the Korriban glitch on my first three games I averaged about level 23. My Currenty game I'm level 33 and I'm toatly wiping the floor with anything and everything. I don't need 700 force points when the regenerate faster than I can cast things.

NPC's as jedi's
You must have missed something. I can't recall when exactly it happens. In my latest game I managed to train Mira, Atton, Handmaiden and Bao-Dur into Jedi, then corrupted them all. Go DS!

Amusing Moments in TSL
I liked the conversations between the Duros merchants on Telos when you do the smuggling side quests.

What I Liked About TSL!
KotOR was like my marks from last semester. When you average them all out iit's pretty good, but taken separtely you have some amazing highs and some disappointing lows. "

KOTOR2: Hottest Female Character
I'm torn between Vash and Visas. Personally I think Visas is better but that may just be because we see so little of Vash in the game.

Cut Ending Stuff
I just finished reading all 43 pages here and just had to add in my thanks to those who found this content and especially those who pieced together the excellent sound clips. Great work.

I need advice...
800-1000 songs or so. Depends on how long the songs are.

I need advice...
Depends on how much money you have an how much music you have. If you have more than 4GB of music you want to store then by all means get a normal iPod.

sigh... the nhl.

Ctrl+Alt+Del tackles EA
I considered posting about that but I managed to convince myself that no such thing exists before I got back here.

kanadian self loathing
I had a 9600 Pro. Worked perfectly in NWN and KOTOR.

Icewind Dale 2 hard?
I think I might have to re-install BG2 so that I can play Ascension again. That was a tough fight especally on some of the higher difficulty levels.

Is KOTOR in your top 10?
My top ten would probably be something along the lines of this: (in the order I thought of them) Dark Reign - I'm still trying to find another copy of this game. The ending wasn't great but the rest of the game was great fun. Shredders were an awesome concept and nothing beat's hearing the Freedom Guard Martyr's shouting "FOR THE CAUSE!" right before they blow up. Everytime I bid on a copy on eBay I get outbid at the last second. Civilization 2: Test of Time - I never got the original Civ2 but I had played it at my uncle's house and as soon as I got home I made my parents take me out to the store to buy a copy but could only find Test of Time so I bought that. Winner of the most played game in my collection. Command and Conquer Red Alert + Counterstrike and Aftermath - This was my first real computer game beyond Commander Keen. I remember playing this for day's on end in a competition with my dad to see who could make it to the end of the game first. I got my very first computer from my dad so that I could play this game without hogging the computer all day because at the time we only had the one computer and four people that wanted to use it. Empire Deluxe - Great war game. A lot of fun to play. I think this would have to be runner up for most played game but definatly tops the list for most fun game. The best way to play is with ohter people. I used to play hotseat games of this with my dad who would almost always beat me but nevertheless we had great fun. Games could literally go on for days on the larger maps. It was fun hunting battleships with submarines. Baldurs Gate - The original game was my first every RPG experience. Before that I had heard stories from one of my cousins who is now in her 30's and still play's D&D. I remember the person at the EB tried to get my to buy a Final Fantasy game instead of Baldur's Gate but I said no for some reason I can't recall right now but it was probably because I had already made a decision. Nearly bought Planescape: Torment instead of Baldur's Gate but I decided against that becasue I hated the box art. This was all before I started going on the internet. Okay this is only top 5 but it's all I'm willing to write right now so you'll have to settle for top 5 instead. Kotor would not be in the other half of the top ten.

What era do most of your favorite titles come from
Going by the choices in the poll I would have to say 16bit was my favourite even though it was actually before I got into gaming, some of my favourite games are from that era.

ATI video cards with KotOR2
I managed to get a decent playing experiance out of my GF2MX. Textures are on High but just about everything else is on the lowest possible. Only time I get any lag is when there is smoke/mist/dust. This means that it is impossible to win any swoop races on Tatooine. I get along by killing anyone who even thinks about throwing grenades. Grenades freeze the screen for about 5 seconds.

Starcraft 2...ever?
Or at least developer devotion to the game. Just because a game has only one or two patches doesn't mean it isn't laden with bugs/completely unbalanced.

DVD version
I remember purchasing a 30GB Hard Drive for my computer so I could do a full install of BG@ and avoid having to switch disks constantly. I currently only have one game on dvd. Actually I suppose it would be three. I bought the 10th anniversary DVD edition of the Myst Trilogy. Came with a DVD for each game which was great as Riven has 5 by itself...

Have you seen how many patches Neverwinter Nights has lately? It's up to what now v1.65 or something? "

Corporations re-naming well-known buildings.
Is anyone but the media going to call it the Rogers Centre? I'll admit that does piss me off a little bit. Especially when they get rid of neat names in favour of crappy ones with thier company name in it.
