  1. You probably need to save those hugs for the crew that worked on this game. I think they need a hug.
  2. There are PSP games that have better multiplayer than this game.
  3. Too Human is one of my favorite action RPG's. Id rate it a 6.5. It has a gang of problems but I still really like it. I couldn't give it a higher score though unless I wanted to lie. For many pepe that game probably rate lower because tons of gamers hated the controls, whereas I thought the controls were one of the coolest parts of the game. Too Human had gimped MP too, only letting 2 peole play online together at once and it was supposed to have 4. It got slammed for that and rightly so. DS3 has the most gimped MP and gimped character save system and gimped lack of endgame/continued gameplay I've seen in an ARPG since ever since.
  4. That review was right about where I would rate it. 6 = Fair, so it's a little bit better than mediocre. Sounds right to me. Gimped multiplayer alone makes this game unable to rate above 6 for me.
  5. If they fix the camera on PC but not on console ... well um. I hope they don't do such a thing.
  6. The game is going to have to sell pretty good. If sales aren't great then well, Alpha Protocol. Cool game, could have been made better, abandoned after launch due to low sales.
  7. Untethering the characters from each other in MP and persistent character saves would make the game more fun. If they added persistent character saves then they could add arena modes, or new DLC campaigns, and newgame+ features. I don't think they will add persistent character saves but who knows.
  8. New suggestion then: More appearance changing armor.
  9. I think the OP makes a really strong point: Read where he talks about his first impression as a PC gamer of the controls. This is a widespread sentiment. It is cool that remappable controls is coming down the pipeline for PC players. EDIT: If the OP's 3 main cons were remedied the game would be greatly improved.
  10. I wish I sounded like Sean Connery. <- That is a cool emoticon. This is way off topic. Tacos ... fish or beef? I like fish.
  11. Paper Doll in the inventory screen so we ould see all of our gear on our characters while we are in the inventory as we switch out armor and weapons. (You guys already listed many nice suggestions no need for me to repeat them so I just picked one that hadn't been mentioned). Fix the gimped MP though please.
  12. See this will make the game worthwhile as a single player title (the 4 characters being way different). And even though I'd rate the game somewhere in the 60's, just for having such a streamlined feature set, I might end up really digging the SP experience. Many people around here seem to think that someone with a critical viewpoint is just a hater. It needs to be understood that soeone can really enjoy a game and really criticise it as well.
  13. Most people seem to really like the dungeons. It's good to hear that they are well done.
  14. I meant that some people might expect the MP part of the game to at least have as many features as the older titles.
  15. It's still fun to play through with each character to try out their abilities right? I mean I have 16 sacred 2 characters (most are lower level but still fun to try out new builds) ....
  16. I always felt like depth in combat can come from more than just pushing buttons, but it can also come from pushing buttons too. Depth could come from the way different builds play into combat. Depth can also come from having a super robust combo/blocking/weapon system like Ninja Gaiden. A game for me can be completely turn based and require you to only push a couple buttons at your leisure but still have depth ...
  17. Well, give it a go. This is only my opinion, so you may quite like it... There are people who say they like tethered camera session in DS3 but I just don't think they are being honest. Each player in online should have their own screen and be able to run wherever the filmschool they like.
  18. This game isn't even released in North America yet ...
  19. There are also the two previous games in the series to consider ...
  20. It's always something isn't it? People are making suggestions that will improve the next game in the series (if there is one) by pointing out flaws with this game. I don't give a flightpath about their dev schedule or economic situation. Obsidian are asking full price for a streamlined Dungeon Siege. People who don't feel like the title is providing the gameplay options that seem to be standard for the genre are hoping for improvements, somewhere, in this title or down the road. You are cheerleading the streamlining and standing up for the stripped down MP. That's cool, we are all allowed to pick a side in any argument we choose but your side favors less gameplay features for the same amount of money.
  21. Go start your poll on Steam or GameFaqs or somewhere more people post. I don't think itsd going to happen either, that a big rework of core design. I just don't want to see this style of co-op implemented in any RPG ever again.
  22. Ok captain obvious! Its plain as day Obsidian chose to "stick with what they implemented". That's a bit like saying "I did what I did man! You made mention that if people had their own versions of their characters that they could come in and ruin peoples fun. Well I was pointing out with sarcasm that it is easy to give the host a set of options for setting up the game room that would allow to choose level ranges of joining characters. Should I be making audio files of my posts for you guys?
