Dude drops 53 points on 27 shots and this dime is the best play of the night. Question: Is the reigning MVP ellligible to win the Most Improved Player award?

XCOM 2, Star Wars, and the Winds of Winter. -
Sucks to hear about Kevin Saunders. MotB was really good. Pipe dream is for him Avellone and Mitsoda to collaborate on a small scale indie project together. Find a couple artists, programmers, and a sound guy then boom.

Since we've been spoiled by high camera/isometric view rpg's as of late, I don't know if I can go back to first person or over-the-shoulder camera view games anymore. Hope Paradox (or Obsidian) doesn't buck this trend and decide to go 3D like the old days. -

Will there be a new obsidian Kickstarter for a top down Rpg?

There is hope yet: On an unrelated note, I've had conversations with Feargus about doing a small scope turn-based historical low fantasy game and they haven't ended with me being kicked out of his office/the building. -Josh on the Something Awful forums back in August. -

It was terrible. But she's hot. Maybe worth another viewing. -
I really like the Stalwart village track But disagree on the IWD 2 comparison, because imo, a good soundtrack should not be compared to IWD 2 Zur's work failed spectacularly, to my ears at least: It annoyed me, or felt random at the best of times, and was mixed very badly: loud and clippy, no comparison to the nuanced work in the original IWD. To each his own. I liked this track specifically.

Holy crud. Flip Saunders, R.I.P. http://www.startribune.com/wolves-coach-flip-saunders-1955-2015/336900871/#1 I was under the impression that he was going to be able to come back this year. I like direction the Timberwolves are going and took the OVER for Minnesota this year as I really think they've got some good talent and a drill sergeant vet in Garnett to show the younger players the ropes. The NBA lost a good guy. Here's KG:

Neat. I'll probably only get it for the manuals and technical references though.

White March 2 question

Pretty much in the same boat. I only went through Act 2 and only messed around with WM1. I'll start over from the beginning after WM2 comes out. -

Do we have numbers on Armored Warfare? Are they also getting a share of the revenue with my.com? I would imagine if this is successful, they may not need to go the crowdfunding route with Pillars 2.

Well, to be fair, the original trilogy explicitly stated that he hunted and exterminated all the Jedi. Revenge only implied that he just killed Jedi babies.

Uh huh... Yup.

J.J. Abrams and Disney behind don't rise my hopes very high, as they are both parties that focus more in making films marketable than great. But there are die hard Star Wars fans in the production team, that have spoken promising things about the movie so I do have some hope left in me. I don't get some of this hate on Abrams. He's worked on some really good stuff. The Star Treks were fun. Alias and Lost were cool. MI:3 was good. He's not Ridley Scott but he's no hack either. As you alluded to, he's also got a great crew working behind him...not the least of whom is Lawrence Kasdan. I'm optimistic. Regarding Disney and Star Wars, I'm pretty sure their marketing department is pretty competent -being that they have 29 Scrooge McDuckized Moneybins - which leads me to believe that their marketing machine is telling them to give the people what they want: A nostalgia-laced sequel in the style and spirit of the original trilogy.

We can only hope that Episode 7 is as half good as Fury Road was. That was some kinds of special filmmaking.

Watered down alcohol and liquor is severely underrated. Scotch in particular absolutely needs it.

During the Kickstarter period, either Feargus or a producer stated that preorders account to roughly 10% of initial total sales. Based on the 74,000 backers, they're off by that projection by quite a bit. But still, Obsidian is turning a nice profit from this.

Volo, you do realize that based on the odds, the Cavs are the favorites to win the championship right? Anyways, the smart bet is to put money on the Hawks at +5000(!!!!!) and the Bulls at +1600 and subsidize that with the Warriors and Thunder. 3 to 1 on the Cavs and Spurs are terrible lines.
