  1. I also enjoyed the way D&D presented the concept of the planes, gods and the afterlife. I still have my Manual of the Planes by Jeff Grubb But we need to be realistic, the cosmology of D&D took years to develop and had several iterations. PE is a new fantasy IP so I don't expect too much detail when PE is released. I imagine the cosmology will become more complex as time goes on
  2. . For many people neither will be true, I certainly don't want a shovelware BG3 and at the moment I have little faith in Overhaul to provide worthwhile overhauls, let alone new work. Wow that's a very negative view on Beamdogs ability to deliver Personally I long for another RPG that is set in the Forgotten Realms and offers the same entertainment as BG2, so a BG3 would be ideal. I accept that we may never see another one but if Beamdog claims they want to make BG3 then they will have my full financial support
  3. Guys please include links when you post comments so those of us interested can do further reading about a particular KS
  4. Interesting fact but the first pizzas that were ever made in the 1600's in Naples only had anchovies, basel, garlic and olive oil. No cheese or tomato base. So your current pizza choice isn't far off from the original pizzas
  5. I hate that, when people throw rocks at you in the street and you have to think of clever and inventive ways to exact revenge ... like putting bananas on a pizza. Exactly, I see you understand completely
  6. Good thinking, it sounds like a nice meal
  7. If you lived in a country that was under real military threat you would understand the significance of military service and the fact that women want to be soldiers wouldn't be an unusual thought for you I live in Finland, so take a wild guess on the military threat. Also, we already had women in the army in the front line services way back when i did my time in there 10 years ago, that is also beside the point. The point was, is that waving the flag for equality in something that is necessary evil is hardly something that would make you feel warm and fuzzy. I hear what you are saying but I think you are missing my point. Most people who join there respective countries military services don't do it because they think it is a necessary evil or because they want to kill people. They do it primarily as a duty for the country and a calling. If you agree with that then having women as part of an army should be seen as commendable and no different to men serving in the armed forces but aren't you missing his point that it doesn't matter why they THINK they're doing it? His reaction depends on why HE thinks they're doing it. Yes but if he is missing something that may change his reaction then the continued discussion is appropriate

  9. Still going on: Indf/RTwP/TB 684/6331/6582 I hear the TB fans are voting via an orderly queue but its taking a lot of time to get through; on the other side, some joker yelled out "SPACE BAR" around the RTwP fans and now they're stuck waiting for someone to yell it again. That was clever
  10. They already made their choice. It makes no sense to "consult" backers at this point, other than some lame PR. Do they really need outsiders making decisions for them? I thought they're supposed to be experienced game developers. During their kickstarter campaign they said that they will draft couple different combat systems that in their opinion will work fine in the game so that people can give their opinion about them and then most of the backers though that was good plan, which is reason why they now ask backers opinion about it. Although during drafting those said combat systems they have started to favor one over other, because in their opinion it's easier and faster to implement, which of course don't mean that it would be the best system for the game, which it is in my opinion, not because it easier to implement, but how they describe it to work versus how they describe other system to work. Interesting and relevant information, thanks
  11. That's quite a funny story
  12. BANANA? You are wrong and must be stopped. Banana is delicious on a pizza, you must try it
  13. If you lived in a country that was under real military threat you would understand the significance of military service and the fact that women want to be soldiers wouldn't be an unusual thought for you We are all under threat. From Carnivorous hippos. And by 'we' I mean 'you'. And by 'carnivorous hippos' I mean 'me when drunk'.
  14. Yeah you boys are right, some people you can never please
  15. Interesting so now we are judging developers when they are too interactive with fans, so its lose lose for them. Because if they hadn't had the poll people would be saying " I backed the game but I had no say in the combat which is important "
  16. I'm not sure? I know you need a license for exotic pets but a hamster isn't considered an exotic pet
  17. If you lived in a country that was under real military threat you would understand the significance of military service and the fact that women want to be soldiers wouldn't be an unusual thought for you
  18. German cuisine is very famous and respected. They specialize in meats like sausage and roasts. But they also do very good cheeses and desserts, like Black Forest cake
  19. I went to a Pizza place last night for takeaways where you choose your own toppings. I was stoned so I was very experimental. I had Double Cheese Chilli and Jalapenos Bacon and Spicy Chicken Anchovies Banana Avocado It really worked and Anchovies added a tasty saltiness
  20. Same as South Africa, you need a license for all pets
  21. I thought both Two Worlds were enjoyable. I know they had there obvious flaws but the good outweighed the bad IMO. I particularly liked the way you could create your own potions and spells So I'll definitely give this game a try
  22. Oh are you saying you can chose Serbia or Croatia if you want?
  23. You're actually wrong. The 2nd Yugoslavia ( first was a kingdom that ended in WW II ) might have ceased to exist in 1991, but Serbia together with Montenegro formed a federation called Federal Republic of Yugoslavia until 2003. Majek you know exactly what I mean, no one likes a smartass
  24. I hear you, its wrong though. You would think such an advanced company that is the leading gaming distribution company in the world would understand basic geography. Personally I would be insulted if I lived in any of the countries that use to be part of Yugoslavia That's no excuse, the countries like Serbia and Croatia won't change there borders
  25. @ Drowsy Why does your Steam profile say Yugoslavia? That country hasn't existed for decades
