    not to mention, that the majority of people who pirate video games can't afford to buy them anyway. the publisher loses very few sales from people, who'd try and find the money to buy that one game/year. piracy is prevalent in countries like China, India and Russia, where retailers are ****e, and Steam is the only means of getting games at a reasonable price.

    the more I look at these screenshots the more I realize FO4 visually isn't that big of an improvement over FO3, this is such a failure of a game, but it's so successful financially... it just makes me sad

    I'm only asking because I already have every other game in this bundle. doesn't seem right to buy it at that price simply for a game I won't be able to play pretty soon anyway. but maybe someone else wants the other games and doesn't care about a game that will expire eventually

    Attack the Block was terribad. Hateful Eight is widely considered to be the best Tarantino movie in ages, which I cannot agree with. I liked the first half, but then the flippin' signature "buckets of blood" part begins, and it ruins everything. there used to be a difference between Rodriguez's and Tarantino's movies in that Tarantino's movies were more grounded in reality. but as time goes by, Tarantino seems to be leaning towards wacky stuff more and more. such a shame.

    no, it looks like a Europe-flavored copy of the original Shogun, with a few minor tweaks (you can sack villages on the tactical map, for example).

    Age of Empires was a reskinned Warcraft 2. Cossacks was just a bit different (more units present on-screen simultaneously), but the mechanics were the same. didn't look like a Total War game at all, because it didn't have the strategical map, and you controlled individual units, not groups of units. actually, come to think of it, it reminds me of Stronghold a lot EDIT: jeebuz, I'm getting old and slow. beat by two ninjas, not one... I actually searched YouTube for Cossacks 2 videos, and that game did have a strategical map with player and AI taking turns. so, it was very similar to Total War. the thing is, the new Cossacks 3 screenshots look similar to the original game.

    Cossacks was more similar to Age of Empires, from what I recall.

    for the longest time I thought Neo Scavenger and Underrail were the same game

    I mostly played Titanfall, Battlefield 4, Payday 2, GTA V, Insurgency, Dying Light, Dragonfall, Wasteland 2 and Pillars of Eternity. I am sad to report that I didn't like any of the RPGs I played this year. of all the games that are left only Dying Light is a 2015 game, so I don't have much choice but to give it the award for Game of the Year I really wanted to try Mad Max and Witcher 3, but just didn't have the money. I think I would have liked Mad Max a lot.

    whaaaa... it could be short-circuiting somewhere inside the case. you need to assemble the PC out of the case on some insulator

    it was supposed to be shallow. they weren't going into this project with the goal of making the new Traffic, I don't think. I actually thought some of the character scenes shouldn't have been in the movie (like the Mexican cop scenes). a better editor could've made Sicario even better. the camera work is absolutely stunning though. and I liked how Macer turns out to be not the main character, cute trick on the screenwriter's part

    "С лёгким паром" does not translate literally. it's a saying, which means something like, "I'm glad to see you in good health". I always though it was more of a "good luck" thing, but had a quick look, and it turns out that when people go to a steambath (or sauna, w/e you guys call it), it's better to stay as high as possible where the steam is "light", because at the bottom the steam can mix with carbon monoxide (or some other asphyxiant, not sure how it's called properly). so, when a person was leaving a sauna, others would tell him/her, "I see you've had light steam!" or something. what meaning it has in the movie? no idea, never bothered to watch it properly. the other movie you mention, though, is great
