I'll admit, I didn't see that coming.

I doubt there is a single politician with any say in the matter of actually aiding the Ukraine that is born after 1990, it's not the youth that is the problems it's the ****ing fogies in parliaments who can't get a rise out of their **** unless their stock portfolio is on the up.

They were all killed, they knew what would happen, but still told them off. More guts amongst those border guards than the entirety of the ****ing EU. "Who is ready to fight with us? Honestly, I see noone" - 4:05

https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2022-02-24-fallout-new-vegas-2-reportedly-in-very-early-discussions-at-microsoft-and-obsidian Well, this would be good news if it were to be true, though I'd hope it not be a direct sequel and just Obsidian doing another Fallout game, that franchise needs an injection of quality. If Obs were to do a direct sequel, it'd be a huge nightmare to try and tie up the endings in the new game, and if they were to only pick one ending as the right one noone will be happy either.

Wow, Russia invades the Ukraine, and the west is like; "Thoughts and prayers you guys! " ****

Well, I live on a farm, so I had 12 cats and then three of the females got preggers at the same time and all of a sudden, *poof*! Cats everywhere. Feeding them was quite fun, when you clanged the bowls together a wave of cats came running We managed to get homes for most of them eventually. Noone likes birds and rodents. Did I have any problems rampant influenza viruses then? No. Incontroversial proof, right there.
-
It's okay, I had 20+ cats when it was the worst, I've got 5 now. There wasn't a single rat or mouse to behold in the area where I lived

I think that would qualify it as an infinite improbability drive.

Did that actually blow up like this though? I don't remember it as such. I might have just been oblivious to it though.

Yeah, that was a mess, I feel bad for Ian, and Karl aswell, he got shat on too for being associated with Ian before he went full workaholic on Forgotten Weapons/Headstamp

This is so cool to see, and I'm looking forward to what it's successors can do! It even sort of sounds like one would expect!

Played some DnD Eberron last night, a downtime session really, very relaxed, so I gulped down two bottles of wine while our group of brave adventurers were trying to scrape together enough money to eat after ressing my character. We spent most of the time thinking up silly acronyms to use for our group of spies as a cell name, Committee of Lackadaisical Inquisitive Travellers Obfuscating Rapid Intelligence Service, Dapper International Coalition of Kidnapping Spies, Curious Observ ers Conducting Knightly Services, Approved Special Spies Hunting Outrageous Leads Expecting Success, Spies Leveraging Undercover Tradecraft, League of Undercover Spies and Trackers were all turned down, eventually we hit upon "The Brain Cell" which is too good to turn down. It suits our group of nitwits to a T All that time wasn't completely wasted though since we also managed to generate a list of decent punny and/or suggestive names for the different stores populating the capital, we can now go and enjoy a drink at Meady Ogre, enjoy a raunchy night at the Seamens Stain, get arrested and thrown into the Wine Cellar, replace the ruined clothes at Sew and Tell, go and get washed at the eminent Golden Showers then head back to the Palad-Inn, and many, many more great places. Great fun!

I'm sure that the NFT will sell for even more than it's physical worth -.-

*Jealousy intensifies* Atleast I'm not driving a diesel car, it's even worse than petrol. E85 has taken a big hit aswell since they started mixing in more ethanol in the 95 petrol. I love how the politicians here kick the teeth in on the people that try to follow their guidelines to lower emissions.

Not even Nurgle himself would be a match to surströmming... Maybe Slaanesh though, they love that sick bastard likes to self-flagellate and try "new experiences"

True, true - I forgot the regional differences aswell. Yeah, I think 89 Octane is 95 here in Europe, and 98 Oct is 93? Haha, before I got my licence we used to commute in a Peugeot 206cc... I couldn't even fit properly in the front seat! xD I think that might actually cause the US to secede from the world itself in protest! XD "I reject your reality and substitue my own!"
-
I forgot that the yanks don't use the same octane rating as we do, we use the Research Octane Number, while they use a sort of median called AKI, subtract like 4-6 depending on mood for their octane rating That's actually a brilliant idea! The irony of imperial being defined by metric though is Also, no, no you can't fit 4 people plus driver comfortably in a Focus, I can't comfortably fit in the rear seat of one Yeah, aslong as you don't accidentally use the wrong gallon, there's like 3 different ones? There's one measurement of liters, and that's a liter :p
-
Granted I use 98 octane instead of 95 because they've started mixing in 10% ethanol in 95oct petrol and it's a little bit more expensive. And I have to say, I really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really hate converting things between imperial and metric, y'all should just convert already!

I needed space in the car for 4 other adults to comfortably transit to work, I need towing ability and capacity and I need to be able to do maintenance myself, because a: I never trust a workshop mechanic and b: the charge too much for what they do, and they do it badly. The mileage is okay, and the tuning and such is just a bonus and actually increases efficiency. It also makes me safer in traffic to be able to match the traffic speed when merging with the highway traffic
