  1. I suppose one simply will have to accept that Reapers can suddenly be blown up by the Normandy while in the first game Sovereign couldn't be stopped by an entire fleet?
  2. I can see the krogan are needed as stormtroopers if your Renegade Shepard wiped out both the rachni and the Geth. But otherwise, it'd be a bad idea to set them loose on the galaxy again.
  3. I'm thinking the more "dragon shouts" you garner, the more dragons you might encounter as you become more powerful or maybe the dragons being drawn to you since you suck up their souls. From that video, it seemed at least that using shouts was needed to defeat the dragons, this at least would make it more interesting that running around and tossing spells at them or just hacking away.
  4. So, no BG&E 2 then? There's no stealth, it's a pure action game. You're supposed to be an assassin, but you can just stroll into a group of Templars/hoplites/whatever and counter-attack all enemies that attack you one-by-one to death.
  5. Can I has Beyond Good & Evil 2, Ubisoft?
  6. Stealth is just deferred collar-grabbing for my Shepard.
  7. I'm going to go out on a limb and give credit to Bethesda for not being so dumb as to have dragons raining from the sky every time you turn a corner. And probably I will regret doing so. Weren't they supposed to only show up during main story events or something?
  8. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9hJMxw126A
  9. Let's count how many times the word "epic" is thrown around.
  10. Fable Kinect? As if things couldn't get any worse with the franchise.
  11. That Tomb Raider "gameplay" video looked pretty terrible. Heavy Rain goes LOST. Complete with highlighting items and a whiny, whimpering protagonist.
  12. Third person looks actually playable now.
  13. Skyrim E3 link on youtube:
  14. "ME3 is all about kick-ass action, choices with consequences and immersion in an epic sci-fi universe". Muzyka just broke the record for most buzzwords in a single sentence. Sorry, Todd.
  15. Livestream doesn't work for me, apparently it's not available from my location. Any alternative live stream? People are completely going nuts @Bethsoft forums about Skyrim.
  16. Did Muzyka seriously utter the words "kick-ass action"?
  17. Wasn't Bethesda going to show something today?
  18. Hey guys, what's going on in this thread
  19. That does look awesome. I also like that it is part of the Elder Scrolls setting, unlike Nehrim.
  20. looks better than both Oblivion and Skyrim.
  21. I finished it. Pretty good overall, I'd rate it 7/10. Would've been 8/10 if the ending wasn't so abrupt... I'd like to have talked to Christine & Dean Domino one more time before leaving. Gameplay became very easy once I made it into the casino and managed to conjure up thousands of chips playing blackjack. Before that, it was adequately challenging due to limited resources, though frustrating at points because I played through it with my 2 INT character who had to search for Electric fuse boxes due to low Repair skill. Higher lockpick/science skill would've helped a lot as well. Then again, I had forgotten this character had Cherchez la femme perk, which lead to some nice, unique dialogue options with Christine. Now I'm back in the Wasteland, and massively over-encumbered because my gear materialized again... is there some kind of console command that allows one to teleport to the Strip? It's kind of a long, annoying walk otherwise. I've also access to Honest Hearts, should I play it *before* or *after* the quest Render unto Caesar?
  22. The classic Battle Chess had stuff like that. Also, Battle vs Chess
  23. One of the complaints about BEEP BEEP BEEP was that it leads to trial-and-error gameplay, and that is totally true. Whenever you hear BEEP BEEP BEEP, you're never sure whether you have to look for the emitter to destroy or just run on until the BEEP BEEP BEEP stops. Problem is, near the end your head gets blown off as soon as you hesitate a few seconds.
