Toughest enemy seems Legendary glowing deathclaw. Also I think Deathclaw attacks completely ignore armour. As do poison attacks from radscorpion/mirelurks.

During most of the "oh ****" moments in the game I was in power armour. Saved my ass many times for sure. Like when you are ambushed by Assaultron dominator or a random bandit/gunner fires off a fatman.

It's slow and the HUD is annoying.
