    Character system is largely fine, you still level up too quickly. And being able to increase an attribute every level is dumb.

    Considering it's their last Failout game, I really expected them to go all out. Don't really care it's phoned in since I don't like the franchise anyway, but doesn't bode well for next Elder Scrolls.
