The issue is that america is so racist, they will not hire on merit anyways. If you're white and rich, you're in. Doesn't matter how incompetent you are. Finished Reacher s3. Last episode probably was the best one in s3. All in all was better than s2, but still not as good as s1. At this point I can't even tell anymore what exactly made s1 so good, though.
