This petition is so dumb. How is that supposed to be enforced? A company can be broke or pretty much dissolved, who is supposed to do the work of maintaining the games? Full VO is EXTREMELY expensive. Good voice actors aren't cheap at all and especially RPGs usually have a lot of text that would need to be recorded.
