Yep, friend used the fast travel point to get some ammo and found out it's exit only. I was hurting for ammo by the time I found the Warden - that fight is painful to do solo, pretty painful in 4 person group. Mind you we didn't have corrosive, just a couple with shocking so probably would have been easier. Also, Threshers suck. But it is cool to phaselock a tadpole in midair

I did watch the Gamespot stream, and it looked pretty similar to the feel of the last game (and the Firaxis guy isn't talking about another game when talking about his, Shafer). Well people that actively want it being the majority of fans of this project is just sad and weird to me. I suspect most don't care either way if you can get some NPC to shower your avatar with love or whatever.

The idea of that is depressing. I'd hoped the apathetic would be in the majority, by far.

I do regret not pitching in for Planetary Annihilation, but eh this way I can still remain cautiously pessimistic about it.

BSN also has thousands of people who don't talk about Romance\Sex and contribute constructively towards threads Yeah, but those threads tend to be pretty sad some of the time at least. The cringe-inducting Indoctrination idea was pretty amusing though, so some good comes from it I suppose.

Ah ok, he was pretty easy at lvl 17 for us. Course we were 3 sirens and a zero, I guess all that CC made things easier but I don't remember much of the fight - too much stuff going on. Humour in the game hasn't changed, the PA telling robots to suicide if they become self aware got a chuckle out of me.

Well, won't spoil much but the IA story does have some nice twists to it, Chapter 1's is probably the best - the boss fight was fairly buggy for me, had to kill him three times. Jjust a hint : take him off the stairs, somehow. It does get a bit better, the antagonists of the ending are cliche as hell but it's satisfying.

Seen as less capable of defending themselves, so it's the act of a coward or a madman. That and you're robbing the society of that child's potential even if it's as simple as the potential to just breed.

Was at the $140 tier, but figured that signed box might be cool to have. Better restrict the coffee budget.

Shame the instances were story "lite" for the most part, after the hook of Black Talon I felt all the other ones were pretty poor. I suppose this has changed though, since I played at release.

I wish we didn't get that talking shotgun in my group today. Hearing 4 players' "DIE DIE DIE" or "ENHANCE" got old super fast. Maya is fun, but I'll have to work on my Axton - lazy me, I like the turret doing the work.

Hah, I forsee rehashing of topics being a large problem, but oh well is a kickstarter so you get every backer with bright ideas and such. They should make it a stretch goal though, sucker a lot of cash out of people that way.

You can get another one if you sign up with Shift (some Gearbox social thing). That slot machine in Moxxi's is addictive.

People didn't really care about Alpha Protocol, period. Well, that's true really. Shame, it's a decent enough game, and Sie and Sis are two good characters but you don't get enough of the latter.

Just meant they'd wander out of their thread and infest the forum or just otherwise bother Monte Carlo Luckily, we'd have to worry about this perverted NPC adoration after the release, though, heh.
