Always amazed at how powerful inertia is. Also I have no idea what to eat for lunch.

Hm, interesting. Most of the time it's just them 'caving' before the Germans (that pretty much beat up everyone else at the time). Haven't really read much on Algeria other than knowing it was a fairly nasty campaign, wiki article indicates it's like Vietnam for the US - smash up the enemy but still 'lose'.

Hm, wonder how soon it will be on a Steam sale. -
They have that joke aimed at them just due to their defeat in WW2 and Indochina, I suppose ? Seems somewhat unfair.

Lack of declarations of obedience and devotion to the Emperor and unnecessary Gregorian chanting, disgraceful!

Did pretty poorly on it, I guess the future is bright and rosy.

A bit much to interpret his advice as to not aim for the top, well unless pursuing risky course loads is unambitious.

Yeah, and Ford is another snake but he sells a nice image. And cutting loose is one thing, but being hammered at public events, driving while drunk, running around and meeting people at 2-3 AM to get packages at gas stations is quite different.

Arrogance, it has to be. People think him doing crack or being a drunk doesn't matter because hey, everyone has been drunk and no one should judge (ironically these are the same people that have orgasms over 'tough' laws on drugs or gangs). Which is depressing - large segments of my city think that their mayor hanging out with drug users, gang members or being blind drunk frequently is not a concern. So he will be re-elected, people buy into this image of him being an average joe (why you want one of those as mayor, I do not know)

Schools should chastise any child who doesn't score perfectly on tests. "Almost perfect doesn't cut it in the real world, Johnny." University is probably the best for that. Most of the time if you didn't do well, you didn't put the effort in, I found.

Really should focus on making one's self-esteem more resilient rather than preventing it from taking a hit in the first place

Your leading comment to the article seems to indicate they should spend their time elsewhere, though. Seems like that is just standard stuff for a government agency just about anywhere. I guess that's why everyone says private enterprise is the answer

Not sure why their Orion plans exclude that as a possibility, but carry on.

Well, what do you expect them to do ?

Well that and posting stuff askew from the thread's purpose is pretty much SOP here.

Looks like our drunken white trash mayor is still hanging around in Toronto. What's funny is - he'll get re-elected.

So they made Lara's breasts a bit smaller, is that it ?

Good...good. The deception is working.

Eh, you are playing a game called Max that does not involve a psychotic white rabbit... I suppose it makes sense given his constant reminders that he is a has been and has slipped, barring his Miles Teg esque combat abilities in the games. I wonder what Brazilians thought of the game, though.
