Seems to have a pretty standard smile at least in two of those photos. Obvious alien.- 526 replies

Pretty much, yes.

Don't really see it as such. And it's not that 'mean' to reflect on his writing career - is part of the remembrance of the dead.

Hm..kind of agree. At least we got Rainbow Six out of it.

Bus shelters are crammed when it rains, generally the city here is just over crowded so it's a nightmare to move around in. Rainy days mean traffic is snarled up, taxis scarce and expensive, etc. -
Well, national ego stroking is enjoyable. Especially for Canadians and their neighbours, heh. Also GD, that seems a bit extreme to think a single payer system will lead to some dystopian environment.

Hm, so I need to read or watch other non-game media to understand some things in DX games, I'm guessing ? As for Clancy, surprised you'd link views not the tenuous connection to the Red Storm games and so on. I do like the joke on Kotaku about him joining the Ghosts, though.

That's weird that it's such a burden, what kind of umbrella are you using ? I keep mine in my backpack as it adds nothing to the overall weight of the pack and out of it only if there's rain predicted and that prediction seems likely. -

You've obviously never waited 30 mins for a bus in a downpour or walked a fair distance. Walking around soaked isn't all that fun to be honest - though it was fun to wring all that water out of my khakis that one time. Just as long as it's not those massive golf umbrellas I see people with, it's a handy thing to have. -
Watched my team spank Napoli, which was good. Now I wait 40 minutes for a streetcar not crammed with people.

And they can work as impromptu dusters...well...not that effective I'd imagine. -

Well that line was funnier than anything in the article. Checking a watch is easier for me than fishing my cellphone out of my pocket. Undershirts can be handy in summer, if you're walking to work or just around, having sweat soak through your shirt isn't that great. Granted, even the undershirt can be defeated if it's that hot out. -

I'm surprised they had to mention an umbrella. Though it would explain why people panic when it rains here and then can't walk two blocks. -

Big country they can travel around in, if most can afford it, I suppose. Why never a watch ? -

Seems reasonable, barring all the booze related stuff. Tailored suit would be handy, though would make sense to reason out how much you'd wear it - I have a suit just for interviews and funerals which don't happen that often, for example. Agree on the Leatherman, those things are nifty. -
Finished off Ballad of Gay Tony, was pretty fun overall, Yusuf showing up in the last mission was nice though when he mentioned chopper i though I had to fly the thing, which is rather annoying for me to do on the PC. Plugging away in WoW with my mage for a little bit while I decide on what else to play.

Coworker got broken ribs so the team is even more depleted. Actually the team is just the manager, so right now it's a giant clusterf**k. Good times, good times.

Sad to hear that, especially in front of his kids. Do they have a defibrillator at the rink ?
