  1. A tool set is what brings more life into a game>>mods. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Agreed. Another prime example to that is the original Half-Life & Community.
  2. It's working fine now. I don't even remember what the error was.
  3. It's nice to see more RPGs coming into the market though. It'll be nice to have some more variety. I can't honestly say that I'm not looking forward to this, as much as I'm not into EA games (due to what genre's I enjoy playing) but EA seems to put out solid titles. It has my interest, even if it's the slightest.
  4. Decided to make a runtrhough in KOTOR2 again. Playing with my and other's imaginations for the Requiem project. Also playing Vampire: Bloodlines, Thief 3, Oblivion, and 2-D fighters at my leisure.
  5. I'd really like to post the link to the website, but the temp space we have now is all DM information... so I don't want to spoil anything. Though, Vampire the Requiem is one of our source materials for spawning ideas. I will say one thing though: The gnomes are the evil race. Picture gnomes as just a mutated human race (done through their experimentation with magic). They learned the arcane ways well beyond anyone else and now tries to use it to great the "perfect race" for a "perfect world." Very much like Dr. Josef Mengele. They live underground and kidnap other races for their experiments. There's also only 1 true city left in the whole playing world.
  6. Artist: Throwdown Album: Haymaker Title: Intro (Never Back Down) never back down, never give in. just let the ****ing bastards do themselves in. you ****ing bastards. never back down. never give in. just let the ****ing bastards do themselves in. you ****ing bastards. i'm gonna stand my ground. you ****ing bastards. time to stand your ground. the time is now. don't be another victim. take back what's ****ing yours. stay true to your convictions.
  7. Thanks. Nice to hear someone likes my logo for the project.
  8. Front Line Assembly's song: Sex Offender
  9. If I recall, that's partially why BioWare is making DragonAge, so they don't have to deal with another's expectations as much, like Hasbro & WOTC.
  10. I've made a few posts over there before and never got a response. *shrug* I suppose another shot wouldn't hurt.
  11. I've other questions reguarding NWN2's release, but I posted them over at BioWare. Still kind of weird doing that, so I'll post them over here as well as it's semi-ontopic with the Store Question. - CD & DVD Formats? - Collectors Edition? - Any Stores Packaging Bonuses For PreOrders that you're aware of?
  12. Doesn't really seem that .gifs are an issue for others, I see them. Makes me wonder why I couldn't upload a giff. *ponders*
  13. It seems that uploading a .gif does not work. I have a gif and a jpg, one's 3kb the other 1kb, both are 50x50 so they both fit in the requirements. Yet, I can not upload the gif. I tried many times, but the jpg worked. May I suggest removing gifs from the list or finding the issue (if there even is one)?
  14. Obsidian going to have an online store anytime soon, or where would Obsidian suggest I make my Neverwinter Nights 2 preorder?
  15. *chuckles* Things haven't changed much. ... what was this topic about?
  16. I think it was on the BIS fora: What is your Favorite Easter Egg? Developers: What's your favorite Easter Egg, even if it's one that didn't make the cutting board? Had some interesting answers.
  17. Now that I have more time on my hands: I was a volunteer for WORS (Wisconsin Off Road Series) mountain bike racing. I was originally stationed in the registration booths, but I got irritated with the music they were playing on the course. I swapped places with the person, went to my car and grabbed my CD case. Now keep in mind, this place is filled with Spandex and Business Suits. I decided that I should put in the Reign in Blood album. Of course I flip it to track 9 (on the special edition being Raining Blood). The thunder blasted, I turned up the volume. Some people asked if it was raining, cause it was kind of cloudy. Then the drums kicked in "Dun, dun dun..." then back to rain. Again "Dun, dun, dun..." One of the Sponsors CEOs looks at me and yells "SLAYER!" He rips off his suit, which I would guess it being semi expensive chanting "SLAYER! SLAYER!" He got shirtless and had a huge Slayer Tattoo across his back. More and more people started tearing off their shirts revealing Slayer tattoos. All in all there were about 20 people. They all, including my friend and I, got onto the course, started moshing and singing along and playing the air guitar. All in all, it was a f***ing riot. Easily one of my best memories and life experiences. It still makes me laugh that all of those people had a Slayer tattoo or something related.
  18. You liar. Every Slayer-fan doesn't just say "Slayer", it's... SLAAAAAAAAYEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I have a very interesting story about that I should share sometime. *laughs*
  19. Eternal Scars of Tomorrow's Sinister Rain -- An excellent melodic metal song. Those who like Nightwish & Dimmu Borgir might fancy it.
  20. Generally I like hardcore bands, but that kind of intertwines with metal. So... instead of posting my whole CD/Vinyl collection these are my top 5 in Alphabetical order: Bleeding Through Bury Your Dead Darkest Hour Eighteen Visions Himsa It Dies Today Remembering Never Snapcase Symphony In Peril Throwdown
  21. Slayer. But I know all the words to every Ace of Base song.
  22. That's odd. They care about the content. They've been toning stuff down so it's more "kiddie" friendly. A bit irritating in my opinion. It should have variety.
