Mass Effect!
I'd say it's as good (or bad) as it gets with 3rd person combat. Other games aren't really better on that front, either. Personally, I'd like to see a western-style RPG that uses JRPG turn-based combat a'la Lost Odyssey.

Dragon Age
Quite pointless to release a demo to a Bioware game. We all know their kind of style and quality, so let's not pretend we'd make a mistake by buying one of their products.

Linux
Why would you want to switch to Linux? Too much of a hassle finding the right software/drivers, not to mention you can't play most of the games on it. Windows 7 is awesome.

Obsidian, switch engines!
I wanna see what CryEngine is capable of rendering huge indoor levels. Haven't seen those in Crysis.

Warhammer 40k: Space Marines
Why is Relic wasting it's talent on some silly action game? They better should work on Homeworld 3 or something.

Obsidian, switch engines!
Can the Cryengine actually do other stuff than render plants and trees?

Wow, you're all mourning the absence of a manual? You guys have some serious issues.

What Are You Playing Now?
Torchlight lvl15. This game owns.

"Epic Mickey", Warren Spector's Wii Project
I'm very positive it was the right decision to go Wii only. It's exactly the right player-demographic for that kind of game (kiddy games).

Just finished MOTB
Better later than never. And you should really play Kotor 2. It's flawed, but still very enjoyable.

What Are You Playing Now?
I'm waiting for Torchlight getting unlocked. I think I'll also dust off my Gamecube to finally get Eternal Darkness finished. I'm also tinkering with the idea to get Wind Waker, but I fear I might regret it (kiddy stuff or pure genius?).

Dragon Age
DA gone Gold Like we didn't see that coming. Kinda bad though that the game is so massive that I'll have to postpone it to somewhere next year. Torchlight should fix my gaming hunger for in-between though.

Fable III to include microtransactions
That's what I did in the past. And that's what I'll do in the future as well - not buying any Lionhead crap.
-
Fable III to include microtransactions
There's nothing cool and groovy about having that bull**** enforced on a singleplayer game.

Borderlands
Risen: Steam: 49,99

Fable III to include microtransactions
They'll probably design the game that way that you're forced to buy some ingame items. Otherwise you'll have a very very hard time. It wouldn't surprise at all.

Fable III to include microtransactions
So, once I paid for the game, it forces me to pay more just to get through? How Microsoft-ish.

Dragon Age
We're still way off to actually get characters done right. Once processing power is so good that we can render all these small details with animations that makes out a characters personality, well, until then it's still quite a while. Edit: Something like that for starters would be neat.

Metro 2033
Another cheesy Stalker-wannabe. How lame.

Pakistan now in civil war
So, people still get shot and blown up in Pakiland. Where's the news?

A reminder about upcoming games
It's on my radar as well, but first I wanna try before I buy.

A reminder about upcoming games
Assassins Creed 2 may be considered big. But then again, Ubi montreal never got better beyond mediocre at best.
-
A reminder about upcoming games
Never heard of those games. Thanks for the list.

Borderlands
Do we have any news on what kind of copy protection scheme will be used for the PC version?

Games you are looking forward to
I wonder if the Odd Box still comes out this year. I'm so eager to play Munch and Stranger.
