It's kinda sad PB didn't take the opportunity to distinguish Risen from the Gothic series too much.

I hardly give a flying crap about challenging combat these days anymore. Those who try just fail because they're lazy and implement it wrong, and those who actually make it challenging and fun, don't exist anymore.

Maybe then Crysis will finally run smoothly maxed out?

Wrong. There's still a ton of improvements to be made. Personally though, I don't think we will see the Next-Gen consoles before 2015.

I'm all for reboots of IP, as long as it doesn't suck. Fallout 3 was a well made reboot. Sure it pissed off NMA, Codex etc, but it was so good in it's own way it didn't matter to me. I expect a reboot from X-Com as well. I know Ken Levine is working on a shooter, I just know it....

Oh C'mon, that's hardly valid. ZP is overrated anyways. Whatever, I'm gonna get it. If it sucks, well, not the first time I burned money.

What's the point in releasing such a tool if you can create your char in the full game anyway?

My guess is that AP is actually finished, and only held back for marketing purposes.
